Worst experience with chitransh and his team , they took full payment after the event and despite of so much chasing and regour follow up they delivered the incomplete video and photos after 1 year my whole wedding video they are saying it's lost in drive crash no sense of responsibility no professionalism. This man and his whole photography team are a bunch of incompetent folks. They will want money the next day after the event but will take eternity to deliver the promised work product. Been two months of chasing chitransh and his team. Me and my wife have been left with a bitter experience of hiring this incompetent photography team. The audacity of their team member "Ayush" who had the gall to say "please respect my personal time" when we chased him for couple of months. He had the shamelessness to preach professionalism to us after not delivering on the work product. We are contemplating taking legal route and serve notices to Chitransh and his teammates especially Ayush & Krishna Thapa. All the good reviews on this page are accomplices of Chitransh and his team. These guys are just swindlers masquerading as photographers.

I hired them for my engagement and wedding. Here is my overall experience : 1. Engagement was in Varanasi, they didn't reach on time for the parlor shoot, although after that it was a good shoot. 2. At my wedding they reached late again and mehndi got dried before they reach. 3. My wedding was on 22 April, and I haven't got my teaser yet, Chitransh photography is not picking up my phone for the last one week, before that they use to say will send you in 3-4 days it's done and all. But no response now !!!! 4. I haven't received anything except soft copies of pics and an engagement teaser 5. Very unprofessional behavior on follow-ups.

Well to start with Chitransh photography was the best option one could get..!! I hired them at the last moment by looking over there portfolio, and it was all worth it.. The immense hard work they did for me was unbelievable.. they were always on toes... And they gave me such dreamy pictures for my wedding..
