We did a pre-wedding youngsters party for around 100 people and did not want a typical "10 curries 20 desserts" menu. I met up with Vikram(Cream of the crop) and discussed my idea of the party with him. Wanted the party to have a very chilled and laid-back feel instead of a dressy affair(In fact kept the dress-code as Pajamas) The food had to compliment this theme and the idea was around "Comfort Food". Vikram came back with amazing recos- Galautis, butter chicken and daal fondue(something I had never heard of), dimsums, anda paranthas, tepenyaki, pizza, tacos and a maggi counter among other items. The food was exceptionally good and very well appreciated by everyone. It was extremely innovative and fresh. Vikram is really good for both conceptualizing the menu and finally delivering as per the brief. Will recommend him to anyone who enjoys good food and likes experimenting and trying new things!
