Worst service. Don’t fall for their sweet words. It’s a trap. They will charge advance before showing venues and When you don’t like the venues. They will not refund any money. For venues within your budget they will ask 50% more. We lost our money and the girl was very arrogant and was asking for more money instead of refunding anything. Worst experience ever. Losers.

I had hired them for my wedding (thank god got rid of them in the initial stage itself) and here are my 2 cents about crystal ball events and swati- 1) they will charge you double without even giving you proper costing and once they’re caught in their act they will defend shamelessly 2) very immature and does not know how to handle clients 3) they lie left right centre, they just cannot be trusted. If you want to be a stress free bride/groom and care about your money, DO NOT deal with her. She’s not organized nor has any original ideas of her own, everything is a Pinterest reference, she’s the kind of vendor people are afraid they’ll come across during imp events hence save yourself and book someone professional. As a bride I went through a very stressful time with her and I would never recommend them to anybody. I wouldn’t recommend crystal ball events to anyone planning their wedding. Extremely dissatisfactory service and very poor response rate. Please spare yourselves time, energy and MONEY! Adding below just for people to know my husbands comment since it was deleted ... A quick background, we hired Swati as a “full service “ wedding planner since we being NRI’s didn’t have the required market knowledge and expertise to tackle it by ourselves.Although in the beginning Swati was polite and sweet to us but it was a different story after we confirmed her for our wedding. Now, to counter your FAKE review comment on my wife’s post,I’m highlighting series of experiences we were made to go through while dealing with you. 1. Initially , we shared our budget and you agreed for it. On confirming you as our wedding planner you started hiking the costs.Inspite of asking you several times, you never shared your management fee and later we were being charged a 20%-50% mark-up for instance on hotel rooms, make-up artist and even on GST!!. 2. Unethically, you pocketed 50% of the money meant as advance towards hotel/venue booking without our knowledge. Which we came to know much later, once we contacted the hotel management directly. 3. You were rude to us when we were following-up on our save the date invite. You being hired as a “full service ” wedding planner, responded by stating, it’s the photographer’s job and you were merely doing us a favour by coordinating. There’s so much more I can share but words alone cannot express what we’ve been through. You have approx 27 extremely positive reviews. SO positive that I wonder if they are fake. I hope my review helps other couples from not making the same mistake of choosing you as their wedding planner.

Crystal Ball Events planned my sister's Mehndi/Varmala and literally came to our rescue at the last minute. The planner we had originally signed up for the function bailed out on us a week before the event. Based on reference from a friend we reached out to Swati. We left the decor totally up to her who planned and executed it all in just a couple of days and we couldn’€™t be any happier with it. The decor was absolutely stunning and the nicest pictures of the wedding are from Mehndi day. If we could redo it all again, we would go to Crystal Ball events for the decor of all the functions. The team was very professional and Swati personally stayed back till the last minute and ensured that every little detail was taken care of!
