We had an overwhelmingly positive experience planning our wedding reception party with Deepthi. Deepthi and her team are very communicative, open to feedback, detail oriented and crucially, have great taste. Some highlights included the decor that that closely matched our aesthetic, managing to find us a wonderful magician and coordinating with all our vendors to make sure everything went smoothly the day of. Deepthi's team was also wonderful - a group of kind and thoughtful people who gave our vision life. I can't imagine having done this without WDP. They were instrumental in making our day so special.

Deepthi is a star, and together with her team, she creates magic! My husband and I were very particular about what we wanted, and attention to detail was important to us. The time zone difference between the US and India also meant that our wedding planner needed to be responsive and prompt. Deepthi not only checked our boxes, she exceeded them. She is kind, approachable, and at the very top of her field. Her "can do" attitude was a welcome change from many of the other vendors who constantly pointed to problems, but never identified solutions. Working with Deepthi was one of the best decisions we made. We'd recommend her without hesitation.

WDP planned our November 2023 destination wedding in Kovalam, hosted across two neighboring hotels. We are both non-Malyali non-resident North Indians who envisioned a dreamy tropical wedding by the Kerala waters and fortunately found Deepthi and her team through WedMeGood. After chatting with many planners, we chose Deepthi because of her straightforward, patient, and friendly nature and experience with international clients. There was not only an immediate sense of trust, the aesthetics of her existing portfolio matched our desire for an elegant minimal, beautiful wedding that would not scream "show off". Deepthi and her team pulled everything off amazingly and we had a magical weekend that all our local and international guests couldn't stop raving about. WDP team's communication and dedication over the 1.5 years of planning truly stood out. Not only was the team patient and transparent with our hundreds of questions and clarifications along the way, but they also made sure to provide honest opinions and feedback to help us make the most informed decisions as we planned for this major life event. Deepthi was also open to feedback and concerns, without being defensive, which helped build trust with the client. From design to guest communications to hotel transportation to last-minute logistics changes, and weather contingencies, Deepthi's team took care to have a Plan A, B, and C. They were quick to problem-solve under pressure and ensured that the wedding ran as smoothly and on time as possible. While our initial decision to work with Deepthi was based on the aesthetics of the weddings she’d planned in the past and the intimate touch her team seemed to add to all of them, having worked with the team for over 6 months, the aspect I appreciated the most was the sense of organization they brought to the planning process. For our Malayali-Odia wedding, there were several details we had to figure out along the way, but Deepthi’s calmness and willingness to handle whatever she could take off our plate made our lives easier. I personally really appreciated the few initial phone calls we had where we chatted for her to find out our interests and build it into our event (like adding games, macrame decor, and polaroids of us from over the years). Despite the time zone difference, she was always available for calls and made sure she kept us accountable for our part of the to-do list during busy schedules. Having a reliable and friendly partner in Deepthi definitely took some stress off from the overwhelming process of planning a wedding from across the world.

As a Malayali-Japanese couple it was a daunting task for us to find a planner for the most important day of our lives- our wedding in Thrissur, Kerala. Deepthi was recommended to us by my cousin sister (who’s wedding Deepthi had recently executed really well). Right off the bat we could see why; her extremely professional approach and valuable experience were apparent. She was very transparent about the entire process and even guided us smartly through the finances and gave us very good suggestions through her practical experience and knowledge. The team gave us a lot of time through meetings and meticulous back and forth to finalize every small detail- from brochure designs to minute by minute Sangeet event scheduling. It was very impressive. My wife, who’s from Japan, felt that even by Japanese standards (which are very strict) Deepthi was very punctual and professional, and was easily approachable throughout the day. We remember even during odd hours of the night if we needed to reach her team they would respond immediately. When it comes to specifics, the decorations were outstanding- from design to perfect execution, the logistics were smoothly handled, and the daunting task of handling the travel and complex accommodation of so many international and local guests were managed without many issues. We honestly could immerse ourselves completely on the day of the events without worrying about a thing. Deepthi and her team were very personally involved (yet always with a professional outlook) in the whole thing. They wanted to make this a success as much as us, if not more. Deepthi’s team and all of us operated and communicated as one family. All our guests- friends and families, had only good things to say in the end. So much so that some were inquiring about our wedding planner. Everyone had an absolutely wonderful and memorable time. Will highly recommend Deepthi to anyone. We met Deepthi via a recommendation from our wedding venue. Having met a few wedding planners beforehand, we knew she was the one for us after our first conversation. She made the process of organising a wedding in a foreign country as smooth as possible and stress free! She delivered on everything we wanted and more. We loved how much she made our guests feel comfortable with lots of thoughtful additions throughout the day. Both my partner and I were living in a completely different time zone with quite hectic jobs. Which meant our responses and ability to get back in a timely fashion was sometimes limited. Deepthi did a fantastic job really understanding what we wanted and being very proactive in pulling everything together. Deepthi and her team were on hand over the 4 days making themselves available for our every need and at the same time making all the setup seem very effortless and efficient. I cannot recommend her enough! Deepthi and her team are fantastic, our guests still talk about how amazing it was and how well they took care of them!

We shortlisted Deepthi after seeing the work she did for Maria and Sreejith. Their outdoor wedding by the river/lake was close to what we envisioned for us. We spoke to a few vendors before choosing Deepthi. It was an easy choice for us as firstly, she was quick and responsive, very honest and transparent when we shared our plans and she gave good suggestions. We were also very easily able to communicate with her in the sense that she intuitively understood our needs as a couple. During the entire wedding process, Deepthi was a source of reassurance, support and great ideas. Planning the wedding from outside India while managing our workloads was not easy but having Deepthi as our planner made things much, much better and we always felt reassured after our calls with her. She is quick to incorporate new requests and accommodate changes that sometimes come up along the wedding planning process and even close to the actual date. Deepthi has gone above and beyond to serve many of our last minute requests. To give an example, for the poruwa ceremony (Sri Lankan tradition), milk rice was needed to be made. Deepthi's mom took the initiative to make the milk rice for the ceremony even though they were not familiar with it. And the milk rice turned out great on the wedding day! This shows the amount of dedication and effort Deepthi and her team is willing to put into the ceremony! The decor for my wedding lunch and super intimate mehendi was solely envisioned by her and friends told us how stunning the set-up was. We are so glad to have had Deepthi as our planner and it was undoubtedly the best decision we made for our wedding.

After speaking to a dozen other wedding planners, our search for the right wedding planner for our wedding ended with Deepthi because from our very first conversation, Deepthi stood out from the rest. The biggest reason for us to go ahead with Deepthi was the ease and flexibility with which we were able to plan things with her. She and her team are a bunch of young yet seasoned professionals (with the exceptional experience of hosting a wide range of weddings and events at various parts of the country), a combination which is hard to come by. She would instantly understand our choices, our preferences and at the same time come up with some really practical and workable solutions to execute our otherwise not so organised ideas on how to go about organising the wedding. She made sure we as bride and groom were taken care of and well rested and relaxed ahead of the events. Both me and my husband have pretty tight schedule at work which barely left us with any room to plan things around the wedding. However the efforts she took right from the beginning to understand the couple and us as clients has gone a long way in making the whole planning and implementation seem lot easier than it actually was. She would always make herself available to have discussions with us even on weekends and weekdays including late nights. She and her team were always on her toes to ensure that we were on schedule with everything before and as well as on the day of the wedding. Deepthi has been a total rockstar ever since we started planning for my wedding. From planning to decor and just managing everyone’s stress, she was on top of everything and left no stone unturned.
