I wish i did not have to give such a horrible review but i do not want others to suffer like i did. I booked dhamini beauty salon for my engagement and wedding makeup. The makeup was great up until my main wedding event. On the day of my wedding, the main makeup artist double booked. In the morning, she got me ready and then went to another booking. I was still flexible and understanding. Please note that i had already spoken and booked for the whole day and she agreed. she came back and got me partially ready for my muhurtham look. by partially i mean she did my makeup and braided my hair. then she left me with an assistantonly saying she would be back by 7pm. my muhurtham was at 8:57pm so i was still being understanding and requested her to please come by 6:30pm. she said she would send another makeup artist also just in case by 5pm. come 6:30 pm.....her assistant was very slow and just finished my poola jaada. my saree draping was horrible....the iron crease was in one place and the pleat in another. dhamini took all the makeup products and equipment including iron and straightener. my false eyelashes fell off and saree was also falling off. now i am going through the photos and the saree is draped like a lungi, eyelashes r falling off so all my close up shots are ruined, and they did not even have glue drops for jewellery. imagine your wedding photos looking like this. now coming to my mother's makeup and bridesmaids make up: my mothers saree draping was also horrible. all the pleats fell out and it looked like single pallu saree. her lipstick came off within 15 mins. setting spray was not used on her hair and the entire bun fell off. dhamini left with the hair accessorises so we had to do some jugaad. for my bridesmaids she was supposed to send another makeup artist by 5pm. that makeup artist reached venue at 730pm. my bridemaids did not make up to my main muhurtham time. in fact my whole family had to sit and get me and my mother ready and ended up running late. dhamini came back to the venue at around 10. she chose to ignore roughly 50-60 missed calls from my end. she even ignored her own assistants calls. let me mention assistant was a trainee and only knew basic hair style and basic saree draping. she could not handle anything alone. everything was ruined. i did not even get time to get my photos clicked because she ruined the timings. i ended up crying and spoiling the make up. TOTALLY UNPROFESSIONAL BEHAVIOUR. also, her replacement makeup artist thought my sisters real hair was hair extension and chopped it off. after removing the extension, my sister noticed her real hair was randomly cut. sad thing is she was growing it to donate in tirupathi. do not hire this team unless you want this trauma

Just had my bridal makeup done by dhamini makeup artist the entire experience was magical.

Had a bad experience with her. The team was not dedicated and they stopped in the mid of the make up and ran away.The hairstylsts are not trained professionals. They did a bad job. The face make up guy made us look very dark (very darker than our shades even though we are fair).saree draping was also so so.... She charged more even though I have complained her about the flaws. She was not shown up on the marriage day. she just sent her useless team.
