ABOUT DHARMSALA TEA COMPANY Dharmsala Tea Company is a 135 year old tea company, with lush green tea gardens in and around Dharmsala, Himachal Pradesh. In 1882, our great-great grandparents came to Dharmsala and immediately fell in love with the beautiful, lush green tea slopes and the majestic, snow-capped Himalayan peaks. That year, when they founded The Dharmsala Tea Company, the Kangra District Gazette described the tea as ‘superior to that produced in any other part of India’. As sixth generation tea planters, we carefully preserve the tradition of sharing this single - origin Kangra Tea with the rest of the world. Our tea remains evocative of our core values of simplicity, naturalness, purity, love, and sustainability. Culture, philosophy, art, health, friends and nature intersect in Dharmsala, a place that inspires and moulds our values, a place with which our family has been associated for over 135 years. These are great options for: 1) Couples to give out as wedding favours to their guests 2) Guests to give to couples 3) Families to include as part of the wedding invitation boxes PRODUCTS OFFERED We offer the following products: - Tins, with loose teas or blends - Biodegradable pouches, with loose teas and customized blends - Wooden Tea Chests, with assorted tea bags SERVICES OFFERED We also offer the following services: - A specialized Tea stall at your wedding venue, including a wide variety of signature blends, iced teas, and tisanes for guests to enjoy - Curated Gifts, whereby we will curate the gift boxes for you to include not just teas but other products of your choice (chocolate, coffee, teaware, spices, cookies, etc.) CUSTOMIZED BLENDS You have the option of customizing the blend out of a range of various options such as: Saffron Cardamom Tea Kashmiri Kahwa Himalayan Rose Tea Jasmine Oolong Tea and over a hundred other blends You can pick from a range of ingredients and options of existing blends to find one that aligns perfectly with your story. PERSONALIZED PACKAGING You have the option of personalizing the packaging on the tea pouches and the wooden tea chest to create that personal touch for your wedding gifts or favours. If you select a new blend, for example, you can personalize the pouch and name the tea blend after the couple.
