Had a great experience at their mahanagar branch for my engagement but horrible experience at indiranagar branch for my wedding day. Let me tell you they collect the fees upfront, are rude, and in a haste to do things their way. The hairstylists especially miss hasina was very impolite, also they never give you your pictures from photoshoot, do not respect the client's choices. The only things that saved my makeup that was when the owner herself interfered and did some corrections, she was quite professional. They had overbooked and it was so uncomfortable and crowded , i feel we pay extra for services and good treatment which were both missing. They really need to learn people skills and politeness. Every bride that comes for getting ready is also very nervous and should me made to feel special and not just regret about choosing the wrong makeup studio.

worst make-up experience, I am sure that the product used are local. they fool you with their portfolios by editing the photos but in real you will be looking like a circus queen. nightmare for me.
