The lack of professionalism, lies, manipulation, and refusal to take responsibility for their mistakes have left me utterly disappointed. I would strongly advise anyone considering Ejaaz Couture to reconsider. They have demonstrated a complete disregard for customer satisfaction and integrity. I decided to go with Ejaaz based on their designs on Instagram. Had the worst experience ever. I placed an order in April 2021 for delivery in Nov 2021. I received a call from their staff member in Oct 2021 asking if I still wanted the lehnga before they started production. I asked them to put it on hold since the wedding was postponed. I received a call from a different staff member the very next day saying the lehnga was already ready. We asked them if there was a way to change the design/color of the lehnga since the venue was changed to a beach wedding and the previous selection did not make sense now. They refused. What followed was a series of calls and visits to their store to fix the situation, all of which were handled extremely unprofessionally by their staff, to a point where their staff member called and shouted on my parents and me. It is one thing to not cooperate with us in a situation and another to disrespect, shout and insult my family and me. They accused us of lying about the first phone call from their staff member, the venue change (obviously because they knew when and where I will get married better than me) and also of wanting free goods when we already had paid 1.5 lakhs for the lehnga. They continued to send offensive messages to me on WhatsApp and harass me after I had decided to not take the lehnga from them. It would almost be an insult for me at this point to wear their lehnga on my wedding day. The worst customer experience, lack professionalism. Would not recommend for overseas clients were there can be potential change in travel plans. Update: After the reply was posted, 1) why we changed our mind about the lehnga is not their business. Irrespective, the whole story was told to them in the correct timeline. 2) My problem is not the fact the they refused to change the design, my problem is how the situation was handled and how horribly this person spoke to me and my mother. The person who handles their WhatsApp account even threatened me by taking screenshot of my phone number and WhatsApp profile. He said he would share it will whoever he worked with, forgetting the fact that I don’t buy wedding lehngas everyday. With a simple polite request to change the lehnga he went on a rant.

"This is an updated review about Ejaaz Couture, after my initial negative interaction with them in June 2022. I originally contacted them through WhatsApp regarding a sherwani order back in May 2022 and made a 50% advance payment of Rs 45,000. I was told that I'd be receiving sherwani sketches shortly. Two weeks went by, and I didn't hear anything from them. When they finally got back, I was yelled at by the man who handles their WhatsApp account (+91-9873789288), a certain Sanjay Desai. He told me that I wasted his time and was showing haste by asking for an invoice and a timeline, that they had done nothing wrong by not sharing these with me, and that I needed to work "on their terms and conditions." As a customer, it is my right to expect an invoice when a payment is made and to be told a clear timeline or sequence of events, not just vague promises of "it will be ready before your event." I was very frustrated by this whole incident and wanted to cancel the order, but I was told that it was not an option and that I was making excuses for no reason. In the days that followed, another team member called Nikita contacted me several times to apologize. Given that I had already committed Rs 45,000 to this company, I decided to give them another shot. She provided me with an invoice and took the sherwani measurements. We were promised a delivery deadline of Oct 31. She insisted I take down my Google review, which I did to get my order in time. We did not receive any sketches or initial pictures even by the last week of October. They did not answer my calls, so my mother and sister visited their store in Defence Colony in Delhi. They tried to explain how we could not catch hold of anyone online but were told by a senior staff member that "it was not their problem." My mother was ill-treated and was asked to leave the store. When I ultimately connected with Nikita, the same Sanjay Desai took over the phone and told me that Nikita had confused me with a different customer and that my order had been canceled back in June. It should be noted that there was no documentation of this cancellation. He proceeded to call me "mental" and "crazy." He called me a liar for not taking down the negative review I posted on WedMeGood. Interestingly, he then reached out to my mother, saying she should pacify me and that my negative reviews could cost him his job. He even promised to deliver the sherwani within a week, again on the condition of taking down the online reviews. At this point, I absolutely could not work with these maniacs and decided to forego the advance of Rs 45k and have no further conversations with them. I have attached screenshots of my conversations with them as proof. Ejaaz Couture is a very well-organized scam. I am curious to know how their flagship store is surviving and who operates their online arm. Never have I heard of a company treating their customers this way or calling them "crazy" and "mental." There are numerous negative reviews online, mainly by international customers who had similar experiences with online orders that never arrived. One person rightly pointed out how the reviews are either 0.5-star or 5-star, the latter likely being paid reviews. I am going to report this incident to the consumer complaint forum. I am still determining what will become of it, but I hope others can learn from my experience and not find themselves in this terrible situation."

So this reviews goes for Ejaaz couture who really managed to pull us through in our pursuit of finding a right outfit for a family function on a short notice and limited resources and specially when you are an IT personal who spends their entire day on client calls. We were almost about to give up when we thought of giving it a last shot to find a right dress for the occasion. We were about to retreat when the chords struck and their staff showed us some really unique collection to our liking and requirement. This is an amazing couture to shop ethnic wears. I've visited it once along with my friend as she had to buy her wedding lahenga. There were varieties of lahengas and sarees. The staff was well trained and behaved nicely. This store is in Defence Colony before going there we checked it out on Google maps so it was easy for us to reach there...

Do not trust this company. I ordered 2 outfits for my wedding and reception. I gave them specific pictures of what I wanted and communicated with them throughout. I told them my deadline and they kept saying yes we will have it shipped by then. When the deadline came they did not have it ready. They did not ship it in time for my wedding. I paid them so much money and when I told them there was no point in the outfits they said they would not give my $1500 deposit back and they would not send outfits. The owner has horrible customer service. They lie about everything. And one of my outfits I was not satisfied with. It was cheaply made and the quality was horrible.

The service was wonderful, I had no idea what I was looking for but the woman assisting with my appointment pulled amazing outfits for me to try and all available in my time frame. Guys do not order from this place. They are so unprofessional. I ordered my lengha from them in August 2021 and I was promised it would be ready by the 20th of October as I was going to actually collect it from there store. When I reached to india on the 30th October I contacted them to see when I could come to the store to collect my lengha and they just said it wouldn’t be ready till the 16th of November which was well after my reception date. I contacted them several times in between to check if it will be ready on time and all they did was say ‘yes’ every time. This place is just so so soooo unprofessional. The guy that takes orders on WhatsApp I think his name is Nitin he is the rudest guy I’ve ever spoken to. He even made my mom upset. He has no manners. This so called brand is so bad at communicating and is just a rip off. DO NOT BUY FROM HERE. THEY WILL RUIN YOUR WEDDING.

We paid these people full price up front - in July , the dress didn’t get delivered. We found out 48 hours before the wedding from DHL that it would not be delivered in time (I have an audio recording with DHL, saying when they shipped it out, they knew it wouldn’t make it in time- but they still didn’t tell us)- so we had to buy a whole new outfit during our wedding ceremonies. When they didn’t send any pictures of the dresses they were making we got worried and called them - lots of missed calls, finally got a hold of a guy named apporv- this menace cursed out my mother in law. We sent someone into the store a family friend - another woman who they also cursed out. Obviously they have women hating issues. I feel so happy and confident about going ahead with my order with them trusting the designer company. Initially I was in two minds as they have lot of variety and reasonable price but since I couldn't travel and visit their because of COVID and lockdowns. So I was not sure how to proceed with my wedding shopping completely online but since my first interaction with them I have been only feeling more and more at ease. Worst experience, please don't waste your time or money. These people are quick to respond initially, take your money and then completely vanish. The promises of "progress photos and videos" are complete lies. To get updates is like pulling teeth- it's exhausting. Wedding vendors in North America are quick to keep in touch with their brides especially during COVID times. This company does not even bother to update you that their shop has closed, people got sick, delayed times etc. I would be more understanding if they kept their clients updated. They are very expensive and then when they are about to ship, they quickly add on the shipping and swatches cost (something that was never discussed prior). This review is prior to even receiving the outfit. No matter how nice the outfit is (not expecting high quality after reading some of these other reviews), I will not change my mind about this company or this process. Worst experience- I regret getting wrapped up in their nice instagram posts. Waste of my hard earned money. DO NOT RECOMMEND.

I don’t even know where to start, so grab a cup of coffee because this review is going to be a lengthy one. I had an absolutely horrible experience with Ejaaz Couture. I booked them around September 2019 for my wedding lengha. It’s unfortunate that due to COVID, things started to slow down and I understand that shops were closed in India. However, Ejaaz Couture not once bothered to message me to send me an update on their situation or my lengha. I had to message them on numerous occasions to get an update. My wedding was near the end of August2020 and had asked to have it ready by July2020 initially, however due to COVID and things closing down, I was understanding of the delays and gave them till August 10th, 2020 to have it ready for me. They assured me that it will be ready on time. Come July 2020, they had yet to send me sketch or colour selection of my outfit, nothing at this point. I live in Canada so used to stay up till 3am just so I could call them to get an update. Even when I would call, I would have to call 3-4 times before getting through and it would be a different agent every time clueless of my story so I had to explain my story to a new person every time. We are now sitting in mid July2020 and absolutely clueless about what’s happening with my outfit and whether my lengha will arrive on time or not so I politely asked them to give me my 1000$CAD deposit as I couldn’t wait any longer and had to buy one from Canada. They denied my request and promised that my lengha is in the works and that I’m prioritized. Mind you, again, this is during July 2020 and I have yet to see any results i.e. sketching, colour selection or anything at this point. It was truly frustrating trying to get a hold of them. Finally, after constant harassment and staying on top of them, by the end of July2020, they sent me a picture of my completed lengha. Now, when I saw the picture, I was absolutely shattered. I asked them to create a Rimple&Harpreet lengha. Picture#1 is what I asked for, and picture#2 is what I received. As you can see, it looks nothing like the picture (as I was promised), it was completely botched up. Colours were put there without my permission, work done looked cheap, I was promised embroidery work, but this looked like it was made with cheap material. The original lengha dupatta is embroidered, however they just plastered on some cheap lace on mine. I was promised at the beginning when the contract was made that I would be informed of everything along the process- this DID NOT happen. I knew I could not wear this lengha on my wedding day based on this picture, however trying to stay optimistic, I asked them to send me more pictures and videos of the lengha- they refused to and said its in the warehouse and cannot take pictures (which I never understood, how did you take the first picture to begin with then?). They kept pushing me to pay the remaining balance based on this one picture. It was disappointing. Even after going constant back and forth, Ejaaz Couture did not bother to do anything about the changes I wanted and stopped replying back to after August 10th as it was past the deadline given. Thank the lord, my wedding was on August 30th so I had bit (very bit) of time to shop for a new one here. Ejaaz Couture took my deposit money as the work wasn’t delivered and then simply ghosted me. Moreover, they had the audacity to put this lengha on their instagram page, picture#3 attached. As you can see, the lengha looks more bedazzled in the picture, different colours and quite frankly, heavily edited. I sometimes believe I would’ve been happy with the result if they had sent me the instagram picture first time around, but they refused to send me anymore pictures and videos of the lengha. TRULY TRULY a disappointing experience. I would not recommend them to anyone and I had many friends in Canada and UK wanting to buy with them.

I had great experience with Ejaaz Couture. Got lehenga for myself for my sister’s wedding and I am really impressed with the quality and embroidery. Advising my sister also to get some wedding event dresses made by you. Looking forward to get more beautiful lehengas and sarees from you in next few months!!

Worst customer service I’ve ever experienced. Did not use to answer calls or texts, the woman on the phone was very unprofessional and not accommodating at all. Very pricey for the work they do. Pretend to be a well known business with a good reputation but I don’t understand how anyone has had a good experience with them. The wedding itself is a stressful period for brides, but they made it even more stressful than it had to be. I had to constantly chase them to give me updates. The delivery of the dress was 4 months after the original date given. Even if the final product is somewhat nice, I would not recommend as they charge a lot of money for the poor service they provide. I wouldn’t want any other bride to go through what I had been through.

As you can see by this company's many below average and 1 star reviews- these people are a total scam and I would warn anyone thinking of placing any order with them to run as fast as you can. They are very quick to take your money and very slow to follow through on any promises. My wedding outfit was never made or delivered and they refused to refund my deposit even though they had not made anything and were not making the delivery- even after promising to refund me. That's not even the worst of it- their team was continually abusive, threatened me and my family, said they had me and my mother's social security numbers, threatened me with legal action (for what? stealing my money??) amongst calling me terrible names in both hindi and english that I won't repeat here. They continued to make excuses fo their ineptitude an abhorrent behavior which is clearly a pattern of theirs in reading their responses to all of the other negative experiences people have expressed on this website. I've never dealt with a more unprofessional group of people and I would strongly urge anyone thinking of using their "service" to look elsewhere unless they want to deal have a complete nightmare of experience and never receive their outfits, and have their money stolen.

DO NOT, I repeat DO NOT buy anything from them that is wedding related. We did a bulk order of a bunch of outfits, they were responsive in the beggining when we were designing everything, then as we approached the wedding they said "they don't think they will be able to complete the outfits in time" but still wanted us to pay them. In the end my wife and I both had to scramble to get a wedding outfit the WEEK OF OUR WEDDING! That should not be something we have to worry about the week of the wedding. Stay far away from them.

BEWARE OF EJAAZ! like any other customer i fell inlove with their work on instagram the dresses looked amazing .. However! When i messaged their team on whatsapp it was all sweet and quick at the start replies were responded to after like 2/3 minutes! We discussed about a dress and i told him what i wanted but i said once we have sketched them i will give you a better idea of my design, he said a deposit must be paid first and He gave me the banking details to what had looked like to be his own (that should be ringing alarm bells) for a good hour i was pestered to make that payment saying it was only a one time offer AGAIN (ringing alarm bells) but because of his “sweet” service at the start i thought nothing of it and transfered £700 which was around 50% of the dress and asked for instalment payments .That same day i had been contacted by my venue prior to covid 19 that they had to cancel my venue and was happy to give me a refund, i contacted Ejaaz immediately and asked them to cancel the transaction and they said because it was weekend i would have to wait till senior team was “responding again” things turned sour very quickly! They promised me i would not loose my money and i waited patiently for a response for 4 days , still nothing ! my patients had been running thin as they were ignoring my messages via instagram and whatsapp even tho i saw them multiple times online. And my concerns had been read by someone on instagram and ignored for a full day. Iv had now had to escalate this joke to the bank because they were giving me an impression i had been robbed my money and scammed which most likely i have been. I sent them one last message to say they will be investigating this. Then out of nowhere i got a response and they said they would not refund me i would have to go ahead with the initial idea and pay the remaining balance of £990 or leave it and get a dress for £700 instead neither was i happy with the outcome, prior to this ejaaz had tried to get me off his back by saying “ring tommorow” “well contact tommorow “ obviously this is not satisfying to hear when youve been ignored days! Shortly after this conversation he rang me and i cant say who was speaking to me as this whole conversation from the start was misleading,!but he kept saying he was the marketing person who lived off £300 a month which was irrelevant to my situation if anything he should understand how hard it is to save money like £700 to just let go. I warn all brides to never deal business with this man he is beyond rude to say the least. I also asked for his term and conditions and to see his refund policy snd he kept saying to wait a couple hours and he will send it over.. but if you had your term and conditions and ur “ no” refund policy in place you would hesitate to send, why tell customers to wait hours if not days to send it to them? Do not waste your time with these type of venders please do your research to stay on the safe side visit stores dont shop online 😓

Ejaaz Couture helped me with the gown for my reception. I got their reference from a friend of mine who had previously used their service. Being out of india and getting prepared for your own wedding in india doesn’t always go smooth. When it comes to the ‘Perfect’ wedding Outfit, i think too many thoughts starts bombarding your mind about colour , Designer, accessories etc etc. I was in the same situation in the UK and was to come for the wedding at the end time but Ejaaz couture pulled me out in no time. Mukul not only was very professional about the cost and delivery timelines . He was not hesitant about recommending the accessories i should have tried and which i did in the end. Their work has finesse and quality. Outfit was liked by everyone and in-fact asked by everyone about the designer/shop who made it. I personally would recommend Ejaaz couture for Wedding outfits as i am going to be visiting them for my family functions outfit

I will rate Ejaaz Couture 2.5 half for my dress. Which came out to be beautiful. And rest 2.5 for bad customer service, not answering phone calls, delaying outfits, changing statements at last moment, failing to keep upto their promise. You guys have potential i can see that but please upgrade your customer skills specially when dealing with online and oversees customers. We guys trust you on your reviews and hate it when things are not done on time. One advice be little punctual.

So I saw their Instagram page, what made me believe them was the fact they shared all their clients videos and message on their page (so I thought) Mukul arora was very sweet in the beginning and was very responsive and professional. I talked to him about 2 dress MY WEDDING DRESSES. He was so happy that I chose him and his team and again I told him it’s very hard to trust people over seas but I have given him my full trust and hope that it will all work out. He was positive I would love his work and that he would be willing to do anything to make his clients happy. So anyways I paid $2,898 (50% for both dresses) and omg I should have known. As soon as he said to use transfer wise and send it to a personal account. But I still my trust in him. I did as he said. Then he received the money and then told me I would hear from him within a week about the sketches. 3 weeks go by nothing from him. I contact him he says “ma’am working on the sketches” ok? So another weeks goes by ok mukul where are the sketches. He sends me this crappy 4th grade drawing and says this is the sketch. I freak out but still didn’t want to say anything. Was afraid of losing my money if I said anything about the sketch. So I decided since it’s been a month he didn’t ask for my measurements nothing and no swatches no contact to cancel one dress and to have him just work on the red main wedding dress which still by the way I would owe him even combing the (2,898) so he gets mad and says NO straight up. And again he never ever mentioned the policy he has or whatever it is. Never ever mentioned anything like that to me. And then starts ignoring my calls and messages. I’m in tears trying to get to him and he’s so rude so unprofessional. Anyways I got back 1,498 and am still fighting to get the other one back. I will go through with this. Everyone please be aware.

I got married this year and they did my wedding lehenga and my husband’s sherwani. I found out about them through wed me good itself and started following them on instagram. Trust me they made the whole process the easiest for me. These guys customized our outfits all over whatsapp. Being a bride we all know there are a lot of things to manage but Mukul and his team made it easy for us. Never again Ejaaz! I made the biggest mistake by getting misguided by the good ratings of Ejaaz and ordering almost all my wedding clothes from them. We had agreed on May 31st as delivery date. Mid June Misha told me they are still not done with my clothes. My wedding was on July 7th. On July 6th my clothes were still not with me in Germany. Ejaaz delivered the clothes on July 6th to my uncle in Delhi! I had to pay extra to get the clothes to Germany by July 7th. Nothing was like I had ordered! The Lehnga for my second reception was so bad that I had to buy a new one! One suit was so different from the photo I had shown Mukul and Misha that even they had to admit their mistake. They promised to make the one I had ordered. Today is November 15th. I still don’t have my suit. Mukul and Misha have kept my 50% payment for the suit and are not responding to my texts anymore. I nearly didn’t get my reception gown on time because of Ejaaz‘s unprofessional way of working! There is a special place in hell for people who don’t care if they destroy someone’s wedding!

I found EjaazCoture on instagram, Mukul made my wedding lengha for my big day and I absolutely loved it so much! Everything about the lengha was so perfect. Fit me like a glove didn’t need to get any fixing done. I wasn’t able to go to India for my wedding shopping, mukul even picked my jewelry,chooda and Kalira that matched my lengha , he went out of his way and selected all that for me and sent me pictures and showed me to finalize. Also he even made my husbands paag and phalla that looked perfect according to my lengha. And he shipped everything to me together and on time. I was a bit nervous and would have knots in my stomach because mukul wouldn’t reply back right away but honestly eveyone needs to understand that he is very busy and so many clients to deal and barley even sleeps he also would FaceTime me and call when he could to answer my questions and concerns but end of the day he did the most perfect job on my stuff and I’m very very happy that I found Ejaaz Coture for my wedding! I highly recommend him but u must be patient when it comes to getting a respond back!

He was quick to reply when requiring 50% deposit, but very difficult to reach anytime after that especially when asking for updates and status of my outfit. I contacted Ejaaz in March for my engagement in August (and still have not received anything & it's almost November). I made it very clear I needed the outfit early and was told I would have it shipped to me (in U.S.A.) by May. Throughout the process, I received no updates or pictures and my messages were either ignored or responded to with "we will show you." May 13 I asked for shipping date and was told between May 20-24. After asking for a refund on June 25, I was told "we are shipping." On July 4 I was offered pictures of the outfit and did not even get those until July 19. I was very upset at the quality and the fact that they created outfits completely different than what I asked for (color, style, design, etc.)I was extremely disappointed and asked for a refund again. I was told to call but obviously "bad connection" and my attempts to call again were not answered. After realizing I was most likely not going to get any of my money back, I asked for the blouse and one of the skirts to be shipped for the price of the deposit I sent (July 25). On August 12, I was told they are shipping everything and I let them know I was NOT going to pay extra for outfits I did not ask for and were not made not even close to anything I requested. On top of that, I was asked to pay shipping ($85 USD) which I did not send. On September 5, I was messaged "we have shipped, please pay." Still have not received any compensation or the outfit Ejaaz claimed to have sent out. STAY AWAY! Attaching 2 pictures of the outfits Ejaaz messaged me were mine & the other 3 are sketches I sent to them and one of the many reference photos I sent for the color.

I asked for a sample Mukul provided me a video of the sample I was going to get out of the gown. Even the color I wanted was exactly the same as I wanted. Got my shipment on time as well. It was everything I wanted exactly how I wanted my reception gown to be. Measurements were perfect!

This vendor is such a SCAM!! I asked them to make my dress in a short notice and this guy Ejaaz agreed and said “200% sure” that I will get my dress on time. I paid the advance and sent my measurements and design. Afterwards, all I kept hearing was that “we are sending the tracking number soon.” They never sent my dress and neither returned my money. I was pregnant at that time and I didn’t had the time to report them but I definitely will now. BEWARE of this vendor and Please don’t trust them!!! Wow. Where do I begin with Ejaaz Couture. Dealing with Mukul and Misha was an absolute nightmare and the most stressful vendor I have dealt with. As a bride, you dream about the perfect wedding outfit - but my experience was far from perfect. Mukul and Misha were so unprofessional. I met with them in person in Delhi, and they seemed great in person. But from the moment I sent my deposit, I received no updates for weeks. They ignored all my calls and messages for weeks. The only response I would get “sending pictures now”, “will send now”, “sending”, “will call tomorrow” for weeks and weeks. I ordered multiple outfits and had given my deposit. I’ve received one outfit after 7 months, and am still waiting for the other 2 which at this point are just lost money. I’ve dealt with many vendors in India and Canada and this duo is the WORST. Mukul is so rude and disrespectful. He is a liar. And his quality is horrible. We agreed upon a design and a price, and it was far from what I wanted. I was very disappointed and unfortunately had to purchase a new outfit. I would never want another bride or any other customer to have the same experience as me. Please be aware. Mukul always tries to make you look like the victim and that it’s your fault, and that you’re being difficult when infact you’re not. It was my right to see progress of my outfit, to ask for an estimated timeline. The MOST stressful and horrible experience ever.

Ejaaz is complete SCAM!!! I placed my order with them for a saree on Jan 31st and made my payment they agreed to deliver my outfit by March 30th for a wedding. I tried following up with them for weeks prior to my delivery date and nothing no response and no communication from. They missed my delivery date and still failed to deliver my outfit. It is now the month of June and still nothing I have tried calling, texting, and messaging on what’s app and they continue to lie to me over and over again. But please don’t take my word for it just read the screen shots of our messaging. I can’t get a hold of anyone to refund let alone deliver the agreed upon outfit. DON’T WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY ON EJAAZ! I would upload more screenshots but it only allowed me 5 photos. The latest update is on April 10th they showed me a half completed photo oh the saree which was way past the deadline. I asked to see the blouse and the bottom half of the saree more clearly but they never sent me anything. And not to mention the border was completely wrong from the original photo they sent me. It’s been almost 2 weeks now since I spoke with a woman name Misha on the phone and when we spoke she told me she would call me back in 2 hours and till today absolutely nothing.

(They ensured there was fabric left on the inside). I have very wide shoulders and though the fit was perfect, I wanted more room. My tailor here in the US who made the modification was VERY IMPRESSED by the work and said they ensured you could make minor modifications for fit with no issues! I got a heavy design and it was exactly like the picture/design provided. I will only use Ejazzcouture for any future outfits.

Horrible experience! Ejaaz couture has proven to be unreliable as none of the outfits I ordered arrived on time. My order arrived three months late and outfits were such a waste because they didn't arrive on time and you could tell they were such a rush job. On top of that, they denied receiving my e-transfer, not a good feeling when you are ordering outfits from overseas. There are tons of other vendors that value their business and will deliver on time. The excuse received was that they have so much work from their regular boutique clientele that my orders were not given priority. Messages and calls weren't answered. Why take a deposit when you can not commit to delivering the outfits on time? Lastly, they posted my outfits on their IG page so they take credit for my outfit designs and can recreate the same outfit for anyone else, not very exclusive.

I wanted to get an ethnic wear for my reception So- I started browsing online for different couture across India and i came across Ejaaz couture on Instagram and dropped in an inquiry regarding a certain lehenga that i saw on their page. I gave it a little thought and decided to go with it as the communication seemed easy, they were very responsive to my msgs and calls, But sadly this didn't last long. Once the advance was paid, they never bothered to pick my calls or respond to my messages. And the lehenga which was promised to be delivered at my residence (Dubai) by end of June or beginning of July was couriered to my Fiance's place (Chennai) just 3 days before the reception... They kept delaying the whole thing and at the end they took almost 3 to 4 months to deliver the lehenga . They had agreed to give me a trial at Dubai and deliver it at Dubai on time, but none of the promises they made were fulfilled... And sadly the lehenga what was delivered to me was not what i ordered for... THE COLOR, THE EMBROIDERY N EVERYTHING LOOKED TACKY... It was really disappointing the way they treat their clients and the product they delivered are of such poor quality... But it was no use arguing with them cz they kept yelling back at me trying to defend themselves . And also they didn't have a proper written contract stating the demands and the agreements, so they kept changing their words each and everytime and made me look like the culprit. At the end, i was asked to make additional payments which i was not informed earlier and like i mentioned above, they had no written agreement given to me or with them regarding the whole deal that was made.... I would never recommend Ejaaz to any brides... To all the brides, Kindly do your research well before you proceed with an order...

Despite the short notice I gave for designing my outfit, they brought my dream outfit to life! I'm a full time student and with all the stress planning a wedding was giving me, my finals topped it all off, however I had nothing to worry about as Ejaaz Couture took care of both of my outfits for my wedding! At first I as worried as I live in Canada and heard about many Internet scams but he made me feel so comfortable. I got my outfit on time and it was absolutely stunning. I got so many compliments on my outfit. He's definately my go to guy for any outfits!
