Worst experience, please don't waste your time or money. These people are quick to respond initially, take your money and then completely vanish. The promises of "progress photos and videos" are complete lies. To get updates is like pulling teeth- it's exhausting. Wedding vendors in North America are quick to keep in touch with their brides especially during COVID times. This company does not even bother to update you that their shop has closed, people got sick, delayed times etc. I would be more understanding if they kept their clients updated. They are very expensive and then when they are about to ship, they quickly add on the shipping and swatches cost (something that was never discussed prior). This review is prior to even receiving the outfit. No matter how nice the outfit is (not expecting high quality after reading some of these other reviews), I will not change my mind about this company or this process. Worst experience- I regret getting wrapped up in their nice instagram posts. Waste of my hard earned money. DO NOT RECOMMEND.

Respected Ma’am Due to unforeseen COVID Situation in India, our team members got sick and we were closed due to the lockdown restrictions. We did inform you and your parents about shipping charges being extra, thats when they decided that your relative from Delhi will pick the outfits from our store. But after weeks of waiting, nobody came to collect the package and then you asked us to ship it directly to you (which was chargeable). As far as your outfits’ quality is concerned, we did send you swatches via courier to select and approve fabric, colour and embroidery. We did receive your approval and positive feedback on swatches thats how we started the production of the outfits. And to show the stitching quality and final look of the garments, we sent you pictures and videos before shipping and asking you for final payment. Thank You
