She cancelled my booking and didn't even bother to call me once despite of booking her 6 months prior to my wedding.. only coz she had already taken a destination wedding .... would never ever recommend her ... If there was an option for 0 rating I would have given that instead of 0.5.. She ditched my sister in law on her most important day and left us hanging in a different city even though she was paid in advance and was supposed to be paid the rest amount that she asked for.. It was really unprofessional on her part and I don’t think anyone from my family could even recommend her in the future.

Worst makeup artist. Her way of working is highly unprofessional. She was booked for 4 functions makeups and wedding makeup as-well which was at 10pm at night and she informed me that she will leave at 4:30 pm after doing makeup of my wedding, just a day before. Which also she didn’t do eventually and left from the venue early morning without informing. She is a cheat, doesn’t know how to work professionally. Never book her

She is one of the most untrustworthy person I've interacted with in my life. We booked her for my sister's destination wedding at Jaipur for 2 days. She came on day 1 and checked out on the day of the wedding morning 5am without informing anyone. She left my sister in tears and we tried to call her and get her back, but nothing happened. We had to arrange another makeup artist last moment from Delhi. Even after all this, she somehow got to know the new artist whom we were trying to book and had the audacity to try to convince him to not come to our rescue. More context: 1 week before the wedding, she told us that she will have to leave on the wedding day by 6pm as she has another reservation in Turkey the next day. This was already a setback for us but we still had to agree as we had no other option at last moment and she had taken a decent amount of money as advance. My sister told me that on the day 1 of the event, her support artists asked her if they could leave her makeup kit in the bride's room as it got late and they had to come back there the next day. But she strictly told her to take all of her stuff back. She had everything planned to leave in the morning. Then at 5am on wedding day, she messaged my sister that that her flight which was at 9pm has magically been rescheduled 12 hours before and now it is at 9am and she is leaving. She lied to us all along. She told that she was from Mumbai but the artists who she left behind without informing told us that she's from Indoor primarily and they are coming with her for first time and she booked them locally from Jaipur. This is after she charged us extra for travel expense of her support artists. Her makeup on day 1 was pretty average as well. Regardless, I would highly recommend anyone to stay away from cheating scoundrels like her. I hope this message saves other brides from the torment that this person is capable of causing on the most special day of someone's life. Surya is a very unprofessional artist. She ditched the bride on her wedding day and left her with no choice. She lied and got the local hairstylist and supporting makeup artists. Her whole act was planned in advance. Surya is an unreliable person and I’d not recommend anyone to book her. She can actually ruin your special day!

I hate her. She spoiled my sister’s wedding. This bitch offers no commitment. She refused to do makeup on the wedding day itself and we didn’t have any 2nd option. I would not suggest her to anyone.

Working with Surya and her team was an absolute pleasure !! I can’t thank Surya enough for making me look stunning for each and every event of my wedding, she’s just mind blowing. The amount of compliments I’ve received and people have really appreciated how good her work was ! Also for all the brides out there - Surya and her team are also super quick with their work and I wasn’t delayed for any of my functions ever and nor did I have to sit for long hours to get my Hair & Make Up completed. And this I feel is the biggest plus point for any bride to be 😁 Definitely have to mention that I loved each and every look but my personal favorites were that of Cocktail, Sangeet and Reception looks… it’s all hearts ♥️ Thank you Surya and team once again, can’t wait to see all the photos !!!

Times imposed by travel ban and restrictions, uncertainties with wedding dates plus having a different time zones; I really didn’t get chance to focus on my bridal look or to discuss it with Surya. But I had a belief that she will give me a headshot output and everyone gonna roll their eyes on me. Indeed she did a spectacular job !!! Flawless makeup done by this amazing woman having impeccable skills.

Learning from surya ma'am was a great experience ,she taught each and every technique of makeup and most helpful were those practice sessions, Her bridal work is surreal as seen it myself during the professional course.

Booking Surya as my makeup artist was the best decision that I took for my Big Day. I got 3 functions done from her , and on all 3 days I loved my look. Each day she gave me a different look which turned out to be amazing. If you want a MUA who will listen to what you want and give her advice on looks that would suit your face than she’s the one . I just trusted Her completely n let her do what she thinks will look the best. And she completely lived upto my expectations. Her Puncuality, Professionalism and her Creativity are commendable. I got married this year, March 2, in Indore. I'm not from the city, so I had to do a lot of research and speak to several makeup artists in Indore. I did not like anyone as such, when I suddenly discovered Estasbella on wedmegood. I went forward with them after checking out their insta profile and speaking with Surya (owner), purely on a gut feeling. I was a bit weary at start, but I was left speechless after my Mehendi makeup. I looked absolutely flawless and stunning. The makeup was so natural and feel so light on my skin! Surya is so crazy talented!! She made each and every look of mine (mehendi, Sangeet, phera, reception) unique and gorgeous. I got compliments galore from evey single person I met. Some even went on to say they couldn't stop looking at me!! My husband loved every single look. She was also very patient and shared some pictures/video of me after the wedding. I cannot thank you enough, Surya. Hiring you was one the best decisions every. I wish I could get married again, so that I could have your work your magic on me and doll me up again! ❤️

Surya gave me a fab look on both my Sangeet and Reception nights. She’s very talented, has aplenty exposure about contemporary trends, catches the exact look in mind and works very hard to achieve it with perfection. I personally enjoyed the whole process, right from meeting her and describing my expectations quite enthusiastically to actually experiencing the flawless looks. She managed to give me a modern flare on my Sangeet night and a Sabyasachi classy charm on my Reception night! She is also quite resourceful, she recommended wonderful jewelry stores as well. It was a breeze working with such a bright talent with great skill sets. You could just sit back and relax while Surya does her magic on you! I would strongly recommend her for that special day :)

I had booked her for 2 functions on the same day as a bride. She did arrive late but she managed to complete my makeup on time but for the evening reception part she already announced that she has another booking in other city and would leave at 6 pm for which I had to wind up fast after the morning Pheras. For evening she completed my makeup fast and also FORGOT TO DO AIRBRUSH for which I had already paid her in full ! she was eager to leave the venue even before completion of the hairstyle which she later did after I requested her that there is nobody else who would put roses in my bun (as the roses where about to arrive ) the roses kept falling multiple times during the time of reception. I hired her with very high hopes but I honestly did not like her behaviour and would definitely NOT recommend.

From the very beginning of my consultation for my bridal makeup the artist (Surya) herself is very dedicated towards every little details which gave me fabulous look for the reception and wedding day.
