Pathetic n dubious service by frozen Entertainment. Horrible behaviour. Didn’t provide the items listed and promised and karmesh Dubey was no less than a roadside man talking below the belt asking for full payment when the promised items were not even delivered. They initially talk like they are your family members but show their real colors once they get advance payment. DUBIOUS AND DECEIVING. don’t go with their “Pinterest“ promised presentation. ITS ALL A LIE. I highly recommend and request you guys to not go with the kind of service they provided.. highly disappointed. In fact everything was almost reused except my hashtags even they were poor quality and they delivered just 1 hashtag when we signed up for 2. I asked for floral chadar specifically but got an old kaleera chadar whose Kaleeras fell off while I was taking the entry. Unfortunately, I got tricked. Shouldn’t have gone with that “pathetic pathetic man”. Who was blackmailing me on the day of the wedding that he would turn off the generator until full payment is done while my reception was about to start. We had paid more than half the amount n due to UPI limit could only pay 1 lac at that point and then rest we agreed to pay cheque. This horrible man wanted cash payment for the horrible work they delivered. Spoilt all our mood n wasted our time. “They owe me money back”. Never ever take their service if you want a peaceful wedding/event. The man is manners less and talks below the belt. We were not given a proper contract and we kept asking for one and he used to say “ humara toh saara kaam zaban ka hota hai”. “Fraud Mr. Karmesh Dubey.” I can go in lengths to describe their negatives. We could see cost cutting in almost all our events and decor. On top of that blackmailing is a criminal offence. HORRIBLE HUMAN. I wish he has a daughter n someday he goes through what my family went through during that hour. 👎🏾👎🏾

Lining up all our events on time was a great achivement and we couldn’t have done it without the frozen_entertainemnt team. They set up a beautiful decor and managed each n everything really well.

I would say Frozen Entertainment are one of best wedding planner India. They were available 24*7 to discuss even the smallest details of the wedding of my Nephew. I heard their name first in a wedding in Mumbai where they were managing the wedding of of my friend's daughter. They are so experienced that they suggested us many things that we didn't thought about. Thanks to Ms. Kratika and their team for the beautiful decoration, venue selection, makeup artist, photographer, and all the arrangements done by them. Kraitka and Karmesh at Frozen were a life-saver for my wedding. While my family is based in INDORE, we decided to have my wedding in Kovalam, Kerala. They came recommended by another common connection we trusted in INDORE and the only reason we decided to have this wedding in Kovalam was because K&K agreed to do almost everything for us at very reasonable rate for the service they agreed to provide. I will always be grateful for their service BUT ABOVE ALL for their incredible kindness, patience and professionalism they showed throughout our engagement from start to finish. 1) Professionalism - they always took our suggestions and executed them well. Their patience in dealing with the crazinesss of a wedding was amazing. It’s not just them but all of their staff also takes a queue from their ethics. Not once did any of their staff ever say NO or lose their cool with all of the crazy demands us and our guests must have made 2) Going over and above their call of duty - what I loved about them the most was that they did more than even what was required from them. For those who know Kerala, getting alcohol for guests in a hotel is VERY CHALLENGING. K&K hooked us totally right at the end and that was never easy. From getting ice to the rooms, mixers and all of that....they did it and my guests had an absolute blast. They even handled the hotel staff and chilled them out which was great! 3) Decor - they managed all of our decor (I was the guy). That could not have been easy as they had to deal with local guys and material 4) Hospitality - I’ve mentioned their hospitality. They were great with my guests (and all of their staff) and even better with my family. Anybody who has done a large wedding realises that managing family and their expectations is half the battle! I recommend K&K highly to plan your wedding. Best of luck!
