ALL THAT GLITTERS IS NOT GOLD. We liked FestIndia's portfolio photos on WedMeGood and went ahead with the service. Our wedding took place in February 2023. And we went with Fest India (Pritam Ganguly) especially because it was easy to talk to him and he was accommodative. But that was the only good thing about Fest India. Later is when we realized that they are extremely unprofessional in delivering what they had promised. We then had got the whole set of photos from which we had selected about 800 photos for final editing by May 2023. After that began the endless endeavour of trying to get work done from Pritam. As of November 2023, I have still not received a single edited photo. Every time we would ask Pritam for photos, he would say it would be done within a week. He had said this for 3 months before he had finally requested for access to the Google Drive Link that we had shared in May. This is the level of complacency with which they operate. We got really frustrated by this and right now, in November, we are hopeless on getting neither our photos nor our money. Please do not try Fest India. I don't know if they were good or if they just put someone else's photos on Wedmegood. My experience with them has been pathetic. I have attached my whatsapp conversation with Pritam for reference.

They very first time we saw Fest India’s work at a close friend’s wedding, we knew they would be at ours too. My husband and I are not very comfortable in front of the camera but the team was able to put us at ease and capture all the tender moments. They encapsulated the love, joy, and fun perfectly. The edits were simple, colourful, and modern just like we wanted. They were, by far, our favourite wedding vendor. Thank you Pritam, Chethan, Prem, and Nithin, we will cherish these for the rest of our lives!”

Fest India were the photographers at my wedding reception in Bangalore and the photos were extremely well done. it was booked quite last minute so I didn’t have time to brief Rithvik properly, but he gauged us and our close family really soon and figured out what and who to photograph. and though we were tired, he got fantastic shots of us late in the night, which is tough because my husband and I hate to pose for pics. they knew exactly how to make us pose and what would look good on the camera. a huge huge thank you to the team, because we will treasure the photos of us and our family on such an important occasion forever.

Pritam and his team are punctual, professional, innovative and very accommodating. The team is always on the lookout for some very natural and candid shots in addition to the typical wedding photographs. While I found them always around me whenever I required them to click something on my wedding day, when I saw the photos after my wedding, I was amazed at how much more that they had covered. They covered the event with a smile, egged me and my bride to keep smiling without being pushy. They are modern and do not really force the passe and typical indian wedding poses. No Quality only can expect Quantity. We suffered lot of problems in each and every phase till the last moment. Beginning itself we faced issue with the pre-wedding photos. Later we followed multiple times With Pritham & Sudheer ( Fest India Photographers ) for the pre-wedding edited photos and cinemotography video almost every midnight. Sudheer is so annoying in each every way whatever we agreed in our initial conversation he dint follow anything and he creates his own story and made his client fool. He had promised he will use Drone Camera for our Pre wedding shoot and he dint use it and gave lot of lame excuses. We had to follow up for each every step starting from Photographer coming to the venue- to raw files- edited files- cinematography- photo sorting - to the album. They never ever call you and update about the things, if you want your album or any updates you have to call up them multiple times. Punchual/commitment is just an another word for them. They never ever give the things to you on time. In our two albums not even single pic was edited you can see red eyed pics which can easily be edited in even phone apps. And alignment is so messed up! even after we gave the serial order of wedding photos. It was a nightmare to us with Fest India ! We were so exhausted by the time we received the wedding albums! When you ask them about the past REVIEWS they give lame reasons just to get business don't trust them. My honest suggestion for you all - DON'T OPT!

Pritam and his team were very engaged throughout the ceremonies we had. They were patient for photos of us and our families and did everything with a smile throughout. I would highly recommend them as professional photographers for any special occasion.

I have given three stars for the photographs that was taken and for the teaser. My husband and I loved the photos. It was really impressive. Everyone liked the teaser. But we had to be behind him to get our album and the reception video. He wouldn't inform even if there's a delay in delivery(even though it's been a year since the wedding). I feel he's a bit careless cause we had given him few simple corrections that had to be made in the album, and he provided a soft copy with all the corrections made, but the hard copy turned out to be the prints of the incorrect version. Being a professional they should be focusing on delivering the work on time and as per the clients requirements.

Fest India ensured a fabulous day for us! We had a beautiful summer wedding (about 100 guests) in such a gorgeous location. I am going to take some time off and write this review so that future brides and grooms will not repeat the mistake as I did. I request all of you looking at Fest India to read until the end. I can sum up my review of Pritam and his team as, decent (at the maximum) work at photography / videography but the WORST delivery ever! Especially Pritam. What good is even a decent work when you can't get to see it? He is an obsessive compulsive liar who keeps promising to deliver things but is literally lying every single time with his same mono-tone voice with not an ounce of guilt or regret for delaying things. I had to wait for a sample clipping of my wedding video for about 6-months when he actually lied about "working on it" when I followed up with him 3-months after my wedding. After having to pay the full amount, customers should not break their heads in following up with the photographers. But this guy would never even update me on anything until I initiated the conversation. Oh by the way, my wedding video which he finally 'completed' is nonsense considering they're professionals and also considering he took so long to deliver!! I cannot believe he messed up so much. Just for the sake of it he has uploaded some shoddy job that he has done and asked me to check the final product. He also asked me to look at the fonts for the opening credits and everything but that is not present in the video. He also promised a teaser video but that also he did not deliver. His videographer on the sangeet day recorded good videos initially but his gimbal stabilizer stopped moving smoothly after a while and all the vides after that are super shaky. What sort of professional videographer does not carry a spare gimbal stabilizer? When I asked him about that, he just agreed that the videos were shaky but that apparently is 'NORMAL' and the footage comes out that way sometimes. At the end of it, I took all the raw footage from him and I made my own wedding video which has come out miles better than the clips he has used or put together for his version of the "Wedding video". Also, from my wife's corner, Pritam's photographer, Aishwarya was absolutely unprofessional with respect to behavior and ethics. She kept coming inside the bride's room to use make up and also the mirror to get dressed randomly? I mean, which photographer just enters the bride's room for their personal use? On top of that, there were absolutely no close up shots taken of my wife during the wedding and the bridal-make up. Also, Pritam was supposed to interview my wife and me before the wedding, which as you guys can guess, he absolutely did not. My wife and literally suffered because of this guy. He will sound all nice and friendly initially but don't fall for that. I am not asking you to not select him. All I am doing is sharing my experience with you. Please do read another bad review of Fest India which is very similar to mine on Facebook and make an informed decision because you guys owe it to yourselves to get a good value for money and the delivery on time. 1.5 stars only for the decent job they have done on the photographs.

Pritam and I met ONLY OF THE DAY OF THE WEDDING... Which means I trusted him and his vision the first time I spoke to him in January... Such a pleasure working with him... Him and his team covered everything... Traditional.. Candid.. Video and pictures... Not a single moment was missed... Pritam s a joy to work with... Pritam and the team did our proposal shoot and our engagement shoot and they were nothing short of amazing. The biggest inhibition we had was whether we would be comfortable with the photographers but his team made sure we were in the right zone and gave the camera our best. They also suggested things we can do and were super professional. They are also super polite to the guests when taking traditional photos and Pritam is super patient. Highly recommend Fest India!

Pritam is just awesome in his work. He Gives life to all the photos he clicks.
