The quality of service is top notch. The team is professional and do their best to ensure the event is captured nicely in photos/videos. There are not enough words to describe how amazing each and every photo. he has a magical way of finding the perfect angle, lighting and of course expressions. Bhushan was very accommodating of our needs and the kind of shots we were looking for. He also suggests for enything wherever needed. We booked frozen memories for our complete wedding photo and videography for 2 days and also for our prewedding for 2 days. The experience was really good. The team was professional and kind that we have become friends now😁. Bhushan and the team has magical view in their eyes to find the best angle in each way. We booked frozen memories for y brother's wedding photography. Bhupendra is very professional. I explained all the events to be captured. There were 2 vendors, one from the bride's side as well. There was no clashes and all the events were covered right on time. The photographers would insist on taking solo, couple,kids and family pictures. They yok the instructions properly. Bhupendra gave some actions while taking the pictures and not a single person in 25 ppl photograph looked distracted. Everyone had a beautiful smile which is very rare to find. I recommend them to everybody. Thank for capturing these special moments so beautifully. The photographer cancelled us at the end moment...for almost 2 weeks he kept on postponing us for a venue meeting and to take the token cheque... suddenly one day he messages saying that he has injured his ankle.....The reports he showed were 3-4 years old report and made us believe that he cannot take our assignment because of broken ankle....The dates in the reports were concealed...we analysed it because of the age mentioned in the report... Please be aware of such fraud....wasted 2 weeks and kept us on hold untill that time....very very very unprofessional and ridiculous acts of photographer.

We are extremely happy with photography and videography done by frozen memories on our wedding and engagement ceremony. Bhushan is very polite to talk to. The album and videos and all the photographs have come out to be exactly what we were expecting. Since booking them for our big day the process and communication has been very smooth.
