If there were a lower score than this, I’d most certainly give them that. GYV/ The Fusion Decor was easily the worst, most stress-inducing, completely unreasonable vendor I had to deal with all throughout my wedding. I had the bad fortune of having booked them for all my wedding events because I’d assumed it’d be easier to deal with just 1 vendor. The stage couch provided was rickety and had to be changed in the middle of my Engagement, one of their benches fell apart in the middle of my haldi causing guests injury in the back, the sound/tech team was incompetent to the highest degree. That’s quite a standard feature of all Fusion Decor services. They’re very hands on with asking for money but forget about the part where they’ve to actually provide the service too. The cherry on the cake is that their response to all the above was just that “it must’ve been some grahan on your wedding that this happened”. The products used for their decor are a million years old and are not repaired or replaced unless broken. The decor behind my Vedi (picture attached) had flickering bulbs a few of which went off with a spark during the pheras and could’ve easily caused major injuries to guests. Nails were sticking out of the lunch tables where the guests sat, gloriously ripping away at their expensive clothes, courtesy The Fusion Decor. Their decor pieces are not only ancient and wobbly but also very unsafe. I had 3 days worth of events with them, and each one of them had issues so there isn’t room for a benefit of doubt situation. Above all else, how they dealt with the whole thing before, during and after my wedding is very evident how much they care about people and their weddings.
