Okay so I found these photographers online for my sister's wedding. Let me give you all the details. We met a month before my sister's wedding and finalized all the services and payment for the same. They said 25% advance to confirm the booking and remaining 75% a day before the event. They looked quite genuine. Two of them had come and finalized the deal. Jatin, the mannerless and rude person and other one is Suraj who claims that they two are no more together in this business. They promised before taking the advance that the album and video of the wedding would be ready in 45 days and they had mentioned the same on the website. We trusted them and went ahead with the deal. After my sister's marriage I waited for 2 months to get the album and video of the wedding. After 1000s calls, they answer one and respond rudely. The words used by them were "Market me album aur video ready karneka ka 6 months waiting hai." We were shocked. We had done all the payments and got nothing in return for 4 months except the soft copy of the pictures that too after requesting a lot. After 4 months which involved a lot of follow up we somehow managed to get the album. The album is not up-to-mark. We had no options but to compromise and accept it. The video of the marriage got ready after 7 months and I can't describe how pathetic the video is. I'm sure 90s video quality and everything would be better. We called them up and asked for a better video, all they say is we need more time even after 8 months they expect us to give more time. They've cheated us really bad. The biggest mistake we ever did was made full payment before the event and had nothing in my hand later. They were acting as if they're working for free. Jatin and Suraj both of them have disappointed us and cheated us real bad.
