I had hired Gunjan for my wedding decorations at the Taj. My overall experience with her was not great as she operates as a single point of contact but was missing on the day of my wedding. She is not very professional and the decor had issues like fused bulbs, dirty carpet, old flowers, wrong garland design, missing flowers on stage lower part, missing instrumental music, bridal chadar torn and with old flowers that felt more of negligence than incapability. She also kept messaging me before the wedding constantly complaining about the lockdown and I had to resolve her worries despite it being my wedding. Also, I had to design the stage as she had no design options for my ideas. She was recommended by Taj which is why I went with her but I would not recommend her to anyone I know of.

Hello ma’am thank you for the review. First of all , the issues you have mentioned are not all correct. We did inform you that there is a shortage of flowers from 23th onwards due to strict lockdown so getting absolutely fresh flowers on 25th April was impossible. Hence we had to procure the flowers well ahead and this was communicated to you over WhatsApp. We had also attempted to connect with you over call multiple times. Glittering Arc arranged for as much as humanly possible during the peak of wave 2 of a pandemic that typically hits once a century, or less frequently. While we know we could not deliver 100% of what was agreed to before the pandemic, we had over communicated the same to you well in advance. We always strive to be immensely considerate with all our customers (as can be seen in every other review on this page). In such trying times as wave 2 has been with personal crisis and professional crisis impacting us all, but more so small businesses, we were also hopeful of slightly more consideration from our customer's end. Detailing the mentioned points: 1) Our team including Gunjan were at the Taj premise till night and we have proof of the same 2) Instrumental was being played through the wedding wiht music system kept near the stage, due to lack of flowers instead of giving a garden type look at the stage front we replaced it with bouquets. 3) We accepted the amount you paid us which was almost 40% less than the agreed amount, despite our contract not allowing for the same, because we understand and empathize how difficult this pandemic can be. However, all said, we do appreciate your feedback and have taken it constructively. Thank you.
