I am sharing my personal experience to help others make an informed decision before engaging Glitz Events and Promotions, headed by Ms. Manali, for weddings or events in Mumbai. Initially, we were informed that everything would be covered within a budget of ₹10 lakhs for a guest list of 300 pax. However, just a week before the function, we were presented with a breakdown stating that ₹2lakhs extra is required for decoration to add 30% real flowers. Later just two days before wedding we were asked to pay ₹3 lacs extra for catering tables, coffee tables, which was intentionally not mentioned in the list, resulting total of ₹15 lacs instead of ₹10 lacs. Despite paying ₹14lacs lights were switched off just for payment of 1 lac remaining out of total 15 lacs. and we were compelled to pay in the mid of the ritual happening. Based on what was visibly installed and used, the overall scale and quality of materials did not appear proportionate to the amount charged, which caused serious concerns regarding transparency. There was no way to judge the quantity and quality. Throughout the function, Ms. Manali kept calling for payments without addressing the incomplete décor. We had to accept whatever was done and still pay for services that were not properly executed.

Manali is a hidden gem! Manali is on the panel of Radisson Blu and we were so lucky she was available for our wedding event dates! Her attitude, passion, hardworking nature just gave us so much hope for how amazing our decor is going to turn out. Her work speaks for her, she delivered all her promises in such a short time and so gracefully. Everything was always ready on time and beautifully executed. I am so glad I got to work with Manali and her team for my wedding decor. She put out everything I expected and beyond! Her ideas were very fresh, and she always keeps up with all the wedding trends.
