Poor! totally fraud & unprofessional. They guys just came to event, covered nothing at my daughter`s birthday just cake cutting and DJ area was covered. No other artists were covered. Neither entry was properly covered nor gifting exchanging was covered. Need whole payment in advance, single change requires 30 days to complete!

They are the worst photographers i have ever seen. They take advance for photography and videography and then they misplace all videography clips, also the quality of photography is not at all good. Neither they would share edited images as per their package. Pathetic client service. You keep following up they dont even respond quickly. They are completely fraud running business. They took advance and then they gave me poor quality of photography, videography was lost and then unlimited raw photos was limited in number ..worst service

Worst studio, Highly unprofessional studio. Poor setup, unskilled staff, and a demand for full payment followed by complete disregard for service. They missed deadlines, provided poor editing, and became uncontactable. Avoid this studio unless you want to ruin your hard earned money

Pathectic service provided by gocam studio they want full advance payment on shoot day before shoot and i give 60% payment and tell them rest i will pay later. And asking for raw data so they told me they will provide me the link tomorrow. And after that day they asking for full payment after that they provide me raw data link. And after one month they will provide me videos and edited images and other material. So please dont take service from this studio.

Absolute worse. Worse photogrphy, videography and worse customer service I have ever seen. This is basically a fraud operation - they will take advance and no service or worse service will be provided. And then they will stop answering your calls then Owners will stay behind the curtain and their employees (Mohit) will manage this fraud.

PATHETIC, AWEFUL!!!!! BEWARE OF GOCAM STUDIOS!!! Vaibhav, Mohit, Abhishek and others..the team is highly trained in HARRASING, THREATENING the clients. They have some weird, out of the industry practice CONDITIONS, which are not initially communicated. They would share the video and softcopy of album only after the entire payment is done. Incidents during the function, they showed up 2 hrs late at the venue, and started in a hurry, highly UNORGANISED. You wouldbe required to depute a person to GUIDE/ INSTRUCT them to ensure all guests are capturedcaptured. CONCLUSION: The services were not received as committed, also not getting the Album/ Video. They used to be good when they were new.. But now they are just pathetic.. Zero commitments towards your once in a lifetime functions... The owner claimed he is ex ALC (probably after watching Aspirants) and send some teenagers to shoot your functions. They ll just ruin your entire shoot... When we got our pictures there are hardly 20 pictures of us and rest all are shit.. Don't let them ruin your day They ll not even pickup your call once you pay them.... Gocam team is very professional, I had my son's birthday covered along with a pre birthday shoot. They did put a lot of effort into making the our event a successful one. Special kudos to Mohit,Vivek and Anuj for their dedication and hard work

Absolutely pathetic they are… dont ever go for them if you wanna save your big day. They are so so sooo unprofessional. 10months to my engagement, no photo album shared yet.. now asking for more money in order to give me my photos and videos and when i told them i have already paid everything “ jo krna hai krlo hum ni denge ab koi photo ya album “ these are kind of words they using. They must have asked their own employees to put these good reviews here they dont deserve even a single star. Save yourself

We had done our maternity shoot through GoCam in November'2021 I genuinely would like to mention that it was very amazing experience as we were doing our first ever shoot and had no experience of poses. They (Anuj & Rahul) both guided us very well in clicking some candid pictures as well as some poses that would make that time as the best memorable moments of our life.
