We hired Golden Leaf Weddings to manage our wedding at Lemon Tree, Manesar in Nov'22 and were quite happy with the results. Abhiyank was with us from day 1 from shortlisting the venues, until the last function was over. Guest coordination: The team (Deepanshu and Piyush) were cordial and accommodating of even last minute guest requests and changes. Room hampers and schedule standees were appreciated by all. Decor: Abhiyank showed us detailed and well thought out options for each and every event and decor item (stage backdrops, centerpieces, photo booths, etc) and helped us narrow down and finalise themes and colors patiently. the final result turned to be much better than was shown in the presentation, and every component was complemented by everyone and venue space was used well. Logistics: Well coordinated and near seamless execution, we did not have to get too involved in things like licenses, etc which was a huge relief Vendor coordination: They gave us sufficient choices for each vendor including MUA, photographers, etc and coordinated with them well and smoothly. I would just encourage the team to be slightly more forthcoming on following up with vendors to be on time for the functions :) Special mention to Neha who really took up a lot of the running around and ensured not just timely execution of things, but was a big moral support to me and parents :) Definitely would recommend! Right from the start Abhiyank and his team were very accommodating. When we showed them our ideas they reverted back quickly with pictures of their references, this ways we were all on the same page. They were the only planners that we approached which provided an exact break down of the deliverables as well as pricing for each item. We noticed with others that there was a tendency to over inflate the quote and be very vague on the deliverables. This was not the case with Golden Leaf as they offered us multiple options and alternatives with pricing at a very reasonable rate. Abhiyank turned out to be a very unprofessional individual. Called us for a meeting at a venue and stood us up with no response to calls or texts once we reached there. Decorations worth a Princess Wedding. I am a fairly senior officer in the Army and have seen my share of exotic decorations for functions both in India and abroad and so have most of my colleagues. Therefore, when all of them including the Groom's family and all my near and dear relatives told me that the concept, decoration and conduct of my daughter's marriage on 06 Nov 2020 were a world apart, I feel greatly indebted to Golden Leaf Weddings. Warning ..... Warning..... Warning Had a horrifying experience with these people. They Don't deliver as promised. At times they bully you to give the payment before the event is over. They promised us Paper lantern lamps all over the lawns but were unable to do so. They promised flying lanterns but forgot. They promised Aquarium Bar but lost track. They Promised us a High end LED Screen but forgot the size promised. The outdoor Food counters were to be covered with a canopy but forgot. The list of discrepancies is huge. The Staff was so uncooperative that they disconnected the sound system to pressurise us to pay the whole sum before the event could start. They were also seen removing the Sofas to pressurise us.
