Govind Caterers

I hired the service from Govind caterers for the event at 17th August,2022. After showing the site to the catering representative Mr.Jaidev, and confirming the menu + count of guests 3 times before the event, they blundered. I committed them for paying additional amount if the quality of food and service would be satisfying. Mr Jaidev and Mr. Jitendra confirmed and committed for this deal. The deal was for guests of 80 count , and after 60 guests quantity of sweet and starter was almost empty. He confirmed that his calculation was mislead him to the guest of 60 instead of 80. You can not imaging the feeling when starter and sweets are finished when 20+ of your guests are still looking for deserts in an event. His quality of service was pathetic as he arranged 3 ppl for soup and starter counter and only 1 person for main course counter. How come an experienced caterer can make such bullshit mistake? His vegetable difference.... same gravy for kashimiri dum-aloo + paneer lababdar.... hahahaaha.... I confirmed with Mr.jaidev that if they are expert in these 2 vegetables then only fix these food items . And he only suggested these 2 and finally both gravies were same in taste.... Quality of raita is thinner than Amul buttermilk available in market.... Rabdi + Jalebi sweets are not sufficient for all guests as i mentioned before.... and most pathetic thing is ...... they said on my face after accepting all their mistakes that they are ready to listen whatever possible but they do this for extra benefits / profit. hence dont deduct any money... Though We dint want to cut any amount from committed one but getting the response like " paisa de do aur jo bhi bolna hai hum sun lenge" hahaah... very unprofessional , rude in taste , service and committement. I'd not hire their service ever again and would not recommend to others as well.
