Worst customer service I have ever received! I ordered a suit in Feb, they promised to deliver it in 2 months that is end of April. In May (few weeks after the promised date), I asked the status of my order. Upon sending few messages, I got a reply saying 'don't worry you'll get your suit'. Then I finally said I need it by July 20 as we have a family wedding. First week of July, I asked him how are you going to get my suit ready by July 20th as you haven't even asked for my measurements yet? The guy said it's only S,M or L size. Ok makes sense! So around 10th July he said my suit has gone for stitching and should be here by next day. The shirt came back (as I was told) and when I asked for pictures of the bottoms and duppata, I was told that it was going for stitching the next day (Whattt... the shirt and the bottom don't go together for stitching?). And it took almost 2 weeks for the bottom to be stitched. On July 22 I asked about the status of my order (2 days after the wedding lol) and requested for refund. They sent me a video of the suit that it's ready. It's Aug 17th now, I do NOT have the tracking id as of yet. Don't waste your energy dealing with them. Order from somewhere else.

Please be very careful ordering with them they messed up our order First they stitched lengha with body and turned it into a maxi Secondly they made white dupatta instead of burgundy and pushing for us to take it finally they made burgundy dupatta but on. Eat material instead of chiffon which was originally decided .They did not tell us till the order was picked and by then it was too late because we had to send the clothes to US for the wedding They had no decency to refund any amount for the mess up all they want is the money and in return have extremely poor customer service When I contacted them on WhatsApp and sent their videos as the proof of their mess up they did not reply back Please be careful when ordering clothes with them especially people living overseas
