Me and my fiance got our pre-wedding photo shoot done from @Heavenly Junction this December. We both are camera conscious generally and the team made us feel comfortable. They took our opinions and gave valuable suggestions before the photo shoot and even helped us pick the best clothes. They almost ruined my wedding day and firstly they took almost a year to deliver my wedding album and videos and even after signing a contract and fixing the amount and taking nearly 90% money in advance ,they will demand for extra money!this is so unprofessional.now let me elaborate it.first of all we booked them for our 3days function only but it was their decision to stay at our place for almost around 7days at our expenses.we didnt asked them to stay there for so long.in return they told us that they will click some extra pic in those days so we agreed to that. and afterward they were demanding extra money for that.they didnt shoot my husband's interview part for the video saying that they will do it later.also they forgot to take our couple pics on the wedding day.in short after spending so much money i dont have my husband interview part for the wedding teaser,no couple pic of the D day,no vidaai pics or video because they slept off.we tried calling them and even went to their place but they didnt open the door. the whole wedding video wasdelivered in clips of 2-3 mins.u cant see the whole video in one go.i dont know if any photographer delivers wedding day video in this way.my loss is irreplaceble.they wasted almost an hour in setting up their gadgets on my wedding day in order to take my interview.also the videos were captured from one side by sitting at one place only.u just cant see the other person's face.after all these shortcomings i believe it was not even worth of the amount fixed in the contract but still we paid them anyway.

Hello All It's been almost 6 months of our marriage and couldn't understand the flow of time, again. But we do revive the memories of the function via HJ captured glimpses. Great to hire photographer as the pocketed shower of praises all across. But to my knowledge, we weren't happy/satisfied with the service we received. Delayed replies, uncountable follow-ups, arguments and above that ,going beyond their self claimed contract period. But fortunately, everything got settled somehow, with the grace of time and greatness of our patience. I won't disagree with other's opinion,but I strongly feel the service extended by HJ was below expectations. Also we did share our odd experience with our upcoming wedding couple friends , relatives and colleagues. Lastly, thank you HJ and others for sparing some time to read this.
