Feeling Cheated and disappointed. Uncooperative. Lot of communication error. She is a good artist but very poor customer relation. I had good expectations when i was booking her and she also was very cooperative initially. But i had faced a lot of problems during the function because of her team. They havent even returned the advance and have blocked my contact number. Inspite of complete payment on time (literally before baraat welcome) her behavior is bad and thankfully i didnt book her for my bridal makeup 😔😔

While the artist was friendly, but acted unprofessionally which gave me stress on my important day. Quality of work was ok'ish. In the initial discussion she told that guest mehndi will cost 250 for both hands back and front. After coming she said it's 250 per one side. She also said on the wedding day that 250 is only a starting price. She ended up charging as much as 800 per person for some guests. In the initial discussion she said that I can add a transportation charge as much as I want. On a wedding day she insisted that it's 2000 for transportation. Not recommended.
