One of the things that impressed me the most was their dedication to ensuring my satisfaction. I was a bit unsure about my pelli bottu, but Mr. Bobby, patiently re-did it until I was completely happy. His attention to detail and willingness to go the extra mile really made me feel valued as a customer. Bobby and his team always had a smile on his face, which helped ease any nervousness I had and made the whole experience enjoyable. They worked for my pellikuturu event and for my wedding. They did make-up and hair for both me and my sister. They also worked their magic on my husband!! The team even obliged the last-minute request of doing my mother's saree draping and make-up without any complaints.
