I got my wedding jewellery from here. They have such a wide and beautiful range of jewellery. All of their designs are very unique and exquisite. The quality of jewels they use is great and there are no complaints thereafter. Great store. Recommended.

I shopped almost all my jewellery for the main functions - sangeet to wedding from Preeti Mohan. It is the most reputed jewellery store I must say, all the jewellery pieces were so good that I can't wait enough to shop from their vast range of collection!!

Unprofessional and unethical. She made us believe that she was giving us a great deal, only to find out the product she showed us and promised to deliver was totally different than what was delivered. After talking to the Preeti Mohan shop employees, they acknowledged that it was different but wanted to charge 2.5x more than what they had originally quoted. Dissatisfied customer!

Extremely unprofessional. She first delayed the delivery of my jewellery as she had made the wrong product and then on the extended date of delivery, she said she made the wrong size. no communication on their part, she didn't pick my calls. only when I reached out on landline is when I could speak to her to hear the 100 reasons on why she messed up the sizes!

she has a pathetic attitude towards her clients. She thinks she's doing a favour by selling her over priced jewelry to the very few clients like myself that are actually fooled into buying stuff from her. extremely rude. needs some classes in etiquettes and good behaviour.

Both Preeti Mohan and her staff have the worst behavior towards their customers. In today's times where everyone is trying to outdo themselves in delivering great service, these guys are sitting at prime locations charging whatever they feel like with a horrible attitude. Hardly thankful for a sale, avoid them at all cost!

Horrible horrible experience. Worst customer service you can imagine. Her behaviour is horrible and lies about delivery times. I did not even get what I ordered and she kept lying about it. Would highly recommend everyone NOT to buy from her. It's a pain to deal with her and continuously follow up and still there is no response. There are a lot of other options available. So, don't waste your time and money.

Preeti Mohan too keeps some really adorable designs but Preeti's behaviour with her clients is obnoxious. I had custom ordered the nath and the maangtika to match the rest of my bridal jewellery. I tried to co-ordinate with her and her assistants over the phone since I was based in Hyderabad. Initially, she seemed okay to deal with and then all of a sudden, she just lost it. Obviously, this was for the most important day of my life and hence I did not want to settle for anything less than perfect. She was trying her best to make me agree to stuff so that she could quickly get over with it. When I started putting my foot down, she behaved very rudely. Over one of our phone calls, she literally shouted at me over the phone. I was half in mind to cancel my order but since I did not have the time or the alternative at that point of time, I still chose to go ahead with them. My Wedding set was made of polki and and pearls and had an antique finish. I somehow could not find matching maang tika and nath with the set. So, I decided to give Preeti Mohan a try and they made me a customised maang tika to go with my neckpiece.Source

Absolutely love her jewellery collection. Got my earrings from here for cousin's wedding and it looked absolutely stunning.

She is really amazing , she understood exactly what I wanted and made it perfectly ! Her designs are really pretty with great quality ! I would say it is a one stop shop !

Very innovative and beautiful pieced ! They have a lot of variety in terms of lighter stuff as well as the good chunky ones ! You do feel the prices are steep but they are open to negotiations to an extent!

So she is a great person but the jewellery had lot of issues like it was not done as told despite of sharing the pictures. She kept forgetting what she promised, I had to keep reminding her. Very very over priced!!!

The store in Shahpur jat is soon drool worthy. I almost want to buy everything I see. Really wish you guys were slightly easy on pocket.
