Vivek and his team are a great set of photographers. We enjoyed being shot by them because they made it a fun process that felt so seamless. Most of all the vibe they brought out in the photos is evident in how our wedding album turned out. Highly recommend them if you are looking for photos that capture the real emotions at your event, while not making it stressful for you at all.

I liked his pictures So I instantly booked him And right from the start, he was so good to coordinate with. Coming to the event, His team was so punctual and patient. Came across the profile from Instagram and when we contacted Vivek for the first time , we had no second thoughts if he would be the right one covering all big day. As he not only took time to understand the idea of what we wanted , and how we liked our video/photo but also helped us through by adding his insights. The event was covered flawlessly and the team made us super comfortable. All the photos and videos covered right from mehandi sangeet to the wedding was done in a way that we dint realize. There was zero awkwardness. It was candid coverage at its best. The traditional photography was covered as per our all our needs. Vivek personally had been there for each of the event and he made sure all the family members are also super comfortable in front of the camera. I came across Journeys by Vivek in Instagram and I really liked candid photos and the editing and hence approached Vivek to capture my wedding moments. My husband and I are camera conscious and hence I was a little skeptical about how we would be able to pose , and how the snaps would turn out but Vivek and his team made us feel comfortable, gave us tips and made us feel ourselves so that our best moments were captured. During the wedding ceremony, they would just blend in and capture all tradition and customs as part of the wedding, without asking us too many times to pose. I liked the way his team made use of stage, mantap and lighting techniques and have snapped beautiful candid photos. Within a week of the wedding, Vivek provided sample edited photos to review and provide feedback and he provided all the deliverables on time mentioned as per quote. I'm happy and glad that I selected Journeys by Vivek to capture my wedding.

I hired Vivek to handle my entire wedding photography and I just want to say he has been super professional and a pleasure to work with! We had booked him for one pre-wedding photoshoot and the entire wedding but later decided to have another pre-wed shoot one after seeing the photos of the first one as it was sooo good! I hired Vivek for an engagement ceremony for candid photography and traditional videography. He didn't have much experience on small events like this. Here's the detail feedback for the same: Photo: 3/5 Less than 5% of the pics were candid. Photo editing quality was good. Lack of experience and creativity for small events. Half of the time, we have to guide him for the poses. Video: 1/5 This job was probably outsourced to an inexperienced videographer who didn't even bother to ask for correct setup where videos would look from. As a result, the video didn't come out good. The camera used for the video was also not good enough for the slow transitions where the video would come out as shaky and blurry. The background music was also not given much thought while editing. Delivery: 5/5 Both the photos and the video was delivered within 10 days of the event. Feedback incorporation: 0/5 I didn't like the video and gave him detailed feedback on what I like and what needs to changes. It's been around a month and multiple follow-ups, Vivek hasn't got back to me.

I’ve always wanted a medium sized wedding, with just family and close friends. Unfortunately because of the covid situation this wasn’t possible. Regardless, the one thing I didn’t give up on is photographer. I had initially booked different guys. The minute I saw Vivek and his teams work on instagram, I decided to book their services. I spoke to him and I was sure that he and his team were the best suited. Their commitment resonates in every picture. We chose Vivek after scanning through 50 odd photographer profiles & cannot be more glad I must say. He was very accommodative in terms of budget, payments, schedules and open to ideas. He worked with me since we booked him for my wedding photography. Vivek is super friendly and an amazing listener. We spoke several times discussing what I was looking for and he would always take time out. He was more than keen to understand our needs and even took time out to come visit the venue with me. Fast forward to the wedding day :- 1. Vivek and his team were at the venue dot on schedule. 2. He was asked to come an hour earlier last minute and they made it happen without any hassles. 3. He was like a dear friend who made the shoot so much fun throughout the event. My folks loved how Vivek communicated with all of them. 4. We streamed the wedding live for folks who couldn’t attend the wedding in person. Vivek made sure the links were provided well in advance and the video quality was amazing. We received sample candid shots within 4 days after the wedding. These were edited and they were absolutely stunning. We hired Vivek's services for three events: haldi, nikah, and wedding party. Vivek and his team managed to capture the vibe and mood of each event impeccably! We wanted natural and candid photography which does not look posed and over the top, and our photos and videos have come out beautifully! Its worth mentioning that Vivek is very easy to work with, and makes the couple feel very comfortable while taking couple portraits. This is key to good candid photography. He would arrive before time, do a recce of the place, and be ready with his brilliant ideas, making our shoot quick yet well-executed. He believes in under-promising and over-delivering, as he gave us more deliverables than agreed upon, well within time. All this, at a very reasonable price! One suggestion: the team chooses which raw photos to edit, I would recommend asking to be involved in this process. While a photo might be creatively more appealing to a photographer, the couple might have their own preferences regarding which photos they would like to have edited. Although, all the raw files are eventually shared so its not like you are losing out on unedited photos. I highly recommend Vivek for your big day!

From the moment i first had contact with Vivek i knew he would be perfect photographer ... something different from the rest. I had researched his work online and after seeing his Instagram and few portfolio pictures mailed.
