Extremely Disappointed I am writing this review to share my deeply disappointing experience with Just Chill Production photography services, in hopes that it serves as a warning to future clients. What was promised to us initially seemed professional and exciting – timely delivery of high-quality photos, reels, and videos, personalized attention, and smooth communication. Unfortunately, the actual experience was the complete opposite, marred by false promises, unprofessional conduct, and a total lack of accountability. Despite repeated follow-ups, photos and videos were not delivered on time. Some reels were either not delivered at all or sent after an unreasonable delay. This caused immense stress, especially since the event was personal and irreplaceable. Once the payment was made, their responsiveness dropped drastically. Phone calls were often ignored, messages went unanswered for days, and when someone did respond, it was usually with lame excuses ranging from staff issues to “system issue".Just Chill Production appears to be more interested in securing upfront payments than in actually honoring their service commitments. Our experience was not just disappointing but felt like outright fraud. For a service as emotional and important as event photography, this kind of behavior is completely unacceptable.

We loved our experience with Saurabh and the team. They took us to various 3 locations in one day and were so patient with us. They did a superb job of explaining what to do and understand exactly what we wanted from them. I cannot recommend them enough, the team made the experience so fun and enjoyable. Our friends and family loved the Videos,reels and Pictures. Big ups for JC! Thank You.

I would rate you lower if possible as we just received a raw data dump of terrible pictures after months and months of email follow ups (once you pay the money they stop receiving your calls). It was supposed to be one of the most beautiful day of our lives, and unfortunately, the memories captured by your team have left a stain on that special moment. I mean, we follow you on Instagram and I can see everyone else is getting their gorgeous wedding photos while we're left with disappointment from your team. As we approach our first anniversary, we'd like to kindly forget the nightmare you put us through. Cheers to trying to erase this disaster from our memories.
