Bought invitations, was promised good quality and didn't get it. Got photographic proof of the invitations received. Very disappointing and still waiting for my money back. Been waiting since June and he just keeps making excuses. Made a point this amount of money was nothing to him but it is to me. I don't have much money and had to pay for new invitations. Very upsetting how he has made me feel. Preparations for a wedding should be exciting but Karan has led me on feeling hopeful it will be rectified and just scammed me. He was good on the guilt trip which persuaded me to keep believing him by saying he is a good guy but this is not acceptable. If you go with him please bear this review in mind. Sorry I never knew that a response was made so never responded until now. The 40 cards I wanted to refund were the ones I could not repair the others all needed repair work which we were willing to spend time and fix but then thought why do I have to? So we got more that's why it was 40. I also have chats of him speaking horribly to me that's when I had enough. He didn't once tell me he had less than 100 card limit. Never signed or seen a contract and I suggest you do. I am not malicious person and again he has shown his true colours and this is demonstrated by the fact that I haven't personally attacked him not said don't instruct him all i said was be careful so his response speaks volumes. Transfer never came through details on all screenshots were correct. Again in an unmaliciois way be careful and sign a contract.

It was nice working with karan as he delivers the commitment on time and the quality, design and finishing of the cards makes its worth spending money on them.

This order feels like my biggest mistake ever because I've never faced a customer who knowing that I am taking an order below the quantity of 100 invites and knowing the fact that even though "According to her" the cards were not usable told me to refund only for the 40 cards she wasn't happy with. Even against my business policy I still went ahead and believed her when she said she got her invites made elsewhere when she claims only a few of my invites had a problem (Again according to her). This particular lady had no stopping even when I went ahead and transferred her money back to stop her constant harrassment which failed twice because of wrong information provided by the customer for the international Transfer. and I was billed over 30$ of Int. transmission fee for a 40$ refund. I asked this lady constantly for if she has a relative in India and she denied Everytime when I offered to transfered money to them instead. she went on to the limits of actual threats of reporting me to immigration to cancel my VISA for this hassle (I was travelling abroad for business) I've got screenshot proofs of the information she gave me for transfer, proofs for my two trials at transferring money, proof for the fee I was charged, and even the whole conversation where this lady has threatened me various timed and the constant name calling and harrassment. Every proof for transfer try and her using absolutely garbage language is still intact with me. it's very sad that one of my last order was this awful person as I've had hundreds of happy customers. She has full rights to post a review I would do the same if there was a customer review portal for vendors to never deal with such people. Read Less
