I placed an order online on 30th of June 2024, that was canceled on 5th of July. I got my refund back on 11th of August, initiated by them on 9th of August after a month long period and too many follow-ups. On 18th of August they charged my card back again with the same amount(Rs 7247.83). Not sure how that is even possible. My bank has advised me to block my card. So my advise to anyone seeing this would be if you think that your card details are safe with Kalki, I would suggest you to think again. Don’t share your banking details with them as they might deduct any amount from your card. In the era of too many bank/internet frauds, just be careful with even outlets with big names. Be safe!

Horrible customer experience. They cancelled on one of the products I ordered and haven't refunded me the money from the past month and refuse to return shipping. On top of it, they keep sending promotional messages to shop more. Extremely bad customer service.

Horrible brand and worst customer care support. I bought a saree online which got delivered on 5th February, 2024 from Kalki Fashion. I did not liked the saree and raised a return request on the same day of delivery. They asked to upload the picture and then approved the return. The pick was done the next day where the pick up agent carefully checked the saree and took it. I got a mail after 8 days of return that a wrong saree was sent to them. How can I return a saree when it was a pickup? How am I to be blamed. I have mailing every other day and calling, but all in vain. It's been a month, I am struggling to get a refund.

Worst place to buy anything. The outfit was so expensive and it came with dimensions no human could fit into. They refused to fix it and they refused to refund me. Absolutely the worst place in the world. Never never buy from here.

I ordered one wedding gown for my engagement and I received the gown 2 days before my engagement which was late. Also, the fitting of the gown was so lose that I didn't have time to get it altered. I managed somehow though. This is the case when they took each and every detail of my fitting. This was so pathetic. Secondly, I ordered a Saree with blouse and received a Saree which was used. It was not fresh. They shared the footage of the Saree packing but what I received was not the same, it was little different. Also, when I raised the concern they denied to take the blouse back and after some time they denied to take the Saree back as well. So I spent almost Rs.23000 on both the orders and both the orders are useless for me and they have denied to take the orders back even it was mentioned that that orders are returnable. These guys are just making money with sending wrong orders. Pathetic service and ridiculous customer service.

worst experience ever. Request everyone to not purchase from them. They destroyed whole of my roka dress and not once. First at the day of trial, which was just 1 week before my function, they gave me the outfit which was completely different than the colour i chose from the sample piece. And in this they didn't accept their mistake and were trying to convice me this colour is looking nice on you. You can have it just to save themselves. And then when i told i would want a refund. They convinced me to trust them and I thinking that they are designers so might have done a mistake by chance, let me be. Give them the chance as it is a colour problem. They told me they will replace it and will courier it directly to my place. They tried to convince me that they will send videos after the piece is ready and will make comparison with the sample piece and everthing will be fine. But, now th day of getting a video for the dress comes. In the video, theere was a hole in the middle of the dress and being a net fabric it could'nt be covered. When I pointed out they told me that it will be rectified and we will again send a video. That whole area of net fabric had a design in the center annd that hole was covered unevenly by the sequence work which was obviouslyy looking very odd and cheap. Bcozthat hole in the dress is still there and i could see in the video. I was told that as it your function you wear it give us the balance amount and we will rectify it after the fucntion as I could not get the refund. I was told that dress will reach by 31st and now I am told that it will reach by 1st. Such unprofessional behaviour, such selfish people, and such money minded people they are. Once they received the remainign amount, they stopped picking up my callss even to get update regarding my courier is being difficult as they have stopped responding. I have paid full amount, my dress hasn't reached me and it has a hole.

Dear Kalki, I am writing to express my profound disappointment with the service I received from your brand. I recently purchased an outfit for my Sangeet function from Kalki fashion, which unfortunately was ruined due to negligence on your part. Upon receiving the outfit, I immediately noticed that the blouse's design was not as requested. Despite clearly specifying that I wanted a regular V-neck and not a Plunge, you failed to fulfill this request. When I brought the issue to your attention, there was no response from your side for 48 hours. While I did register a complaint with customer care, I have been repeatedly attended by different staff members who apologize and ask for 24 hours to resolve the issue. This cycle has been repeating for 10 days now, and I have yet to receive any satisfactory response or resolution. Furthermore, instead of taking responsibility and offering to fix the issue, your staff was unhelpful and rude, stating that they followed the measurements I provided. This response is unacceptable, particularly given the importance and expense of wedding outfits. The compensation offered of $10 is also far below the outfit's actual cost, and I find this offer ridiculous. I myself work as a production manager for a luxury brand in Dubai, I understand the importance of prioritizing customers and providing them with the highest quality of service. It is essential to ensure that such incidents do not occur in the future, particularly for a bride's wedding outfit. I will strongly advise potential customers to think twice before shopping with Kalki, given the negative experience I have had with your brand. I hope that you take this feedback seriously and take steps to ensure that such issues are not repeated in the future.
