Custom designed my jewellery for one of my wedding festivities and it was absolutely amazing to work with them. Everything was delivered within the promised timeline.

They are the most unprofessional people. I lost my money to them. I ordered jewellery from them in August for my wedding in Dec and they agreed for colour customizations and asked for full payment in advance. They delivered the products without sending me any pictures before and when the jewellery arrived, the colours were completely different from my outfit. So I contacted them again to take the jewellery back and make a new one. Since then I have been waiting for my mehndi jewellery and chasing them and they have been ignoring all my messages even after reading them. They claim to deliver ‘perfection’ for brides but they are just full of BS and they have no empathy for brides. So please be careful. I even commented on their instagram posts about it highlighting my isssue but they deleted all my comments.

If there was a negative star option would have have given that. Don't order from them. They shame Customer when they don't get same order right twice. I ordered jewellery from them for which i was given 28th Dec date as delivery date. I asked them to share pics twice on 24th and 26th which could not be fulfilled due to festive season(which i fully understand) Then when I ask them why product not delivered on 28th Dec they said their mom dad got COVID positive. I was still fine because I had time on my hand was supportive because we also understand that times are such. Then my jewellery came on 11th Jan. Each piece was torn, broken. I was so heartbroken still as I had time on my hand and function was delayed due to current Omicron wave i sent them everything back. (For this also I haven't got angry on them. just a bit upset). I sent all items back on 12th Jan. They returned it me on 25th January. Again the Jhumka earrings sahara/chain support of both earrings are made for right ear. Now when I get angry she calls me out for having strong opinion and have agressive nature(which she judged by my WhatsApp status). In end she tells me it's production issue and not sellers mistake. I ordered those earrings which Ankita Lokhande wore and when I pointed out that would you have done same with a celebrity ordering from you she said their stylist take care of everything. Ok Mam we understand that we are not rich like Celebrities to hire stylist but we have self respect and personal space . You don't judge your customer for their political leaning or opinions after receiving money from them. Beware when u order from them online. Dont spoil ur wedding function and mental peace by ordering from them.

I was so much fascinated by their floral jewellery and I really wanted to be a kanyadhan bride. Initially there were some problems with the color of the jewellery but I really appreciate aayushi for doing the whole jewellery set again for me and eventually what i got was a super awesome jewellery piece which was exactly what I expected it to be. I loved the name "Kanyaadhan". The name attracted me so much , that I wanted to go and see their stuff and also wanted to know the story behind the name "Kanyaadhan" . Dhiraj and Aayushi are young sweet couple. They told me that a girl should be considered as "Dhan" and not "Daan". So when a girl gets married, the family in a way is giving "Kanyaa-dhan". Which is really a good thought. Also, they have lovely hospitality service. Talking about the products, there is huge varieties. Starting from Varmaalas, to gift trays, flower jewellery , brooches, buttons, coin and note covers/boxes etc. But nothing new about it. So why "Kanyaadhan"? Their products are very different and unique in terms of design. Quality is top notch. Their product are little expensive, but its worth the price you pay. Did you ever think of storing your "Flower Jewellery" like real Gold or Diamond jewellery for your daughter, so she can use it when she gets married? No, right? Go to "Kanyaadhan" , you will start doing it. Oh yes, and their store. Its so well made, you will love it. It will look like some old small Palace in Rajasthan. You get a very positive vibes. I wish they started "Kanyaadhan" 3 years back when I got married. But they still have many products which I can use now also. I bought few coin covers. I would recommend "Kanyaadhan" strongly.
