Our daughter got married in August in Bangalore and we were still in the midst of the Pandemic. I banked and relied on Antara and her team completely as I wanted to be a part of the wedding and enjoy it all the way and not be running around fixing and setting up things. We had 4 functions and it was flawlessly executed. Antara and her team right from getting the guests travel itinerary, to picking them up , to getting them checked in, to giving them all their personalized itinerary, taking care of their transportation requirement, to dropping them back to the airport was all done so well that each and every guest commented as to how royal they felt. In addition to all this all the decor and arrangements which were discussed previously was executed without any glitches. By the end of the 4 days Antara ,Sanjeev, sangamithra, Mansoor and the rest of the team became family not only for us but for all our guests. Thanks to them all 4 of us enjoyed every minute of the wedding celebrations. Most importantly Antara sticks to her budget too😄

I had a wedding in the midst of a Covid situation- a week before the wedding, a curfew was imposed. Thank goodness for Antara and her team! They worked seamlessly to ensure that my wedding was nothing short of a fairy tale wedding! They rescheduled and organised things so well that there was little for us to do except enjoy the events. Top points for safety and sanitisation as they followed all of the Covid protocols to the T. A highly professional and talented team. It was an absolute pleasure to work with them!

Antara did a wonderful job at my daughter's wedding. I was looking for someone who understood Bengali customs and Antara stepped in then. We had 3 days of festivities at Miraya Greens (Feb 23 - 26) and a reception at Hotel Lalit Ashok (Mar 6th). She understood the decor and theme I wanted for all the functions and executed the plans to perfection. She even interacted with my daughter (stays in US) and incorporated her feedback. Each day the venue looked different and as one of guests remarked on one day it looked "heavenly!!" The decorations were very classy , neat and she made a lot of suggestions to meet the budget requirements. Last minute changes and requests were accepted with a smile always. She and her team managed all the vendors (even though we had arranged a few directly) very professionally. They were available 24/7 at the venue. I had a completely hassle-free time during the wedding as I knew Antara and team were there to help. I would highly recommend them as they will put up a great show with very little guidance and follow-up.

Antara and Sanjiv did a great job. They totally understood the decor I wanted for all the functions. We had 4 functions at Templetree and they transformed the place beautifully for all the functions. They were always well in time with the entire preparations. The decor was simple and very classy just how I wanted. Their work is very neat and I would highly recommend them as they will pull it off very well without any instructions. Everybody at our wedding were raving about the decor for how beautiful it was.

The 'D-day' was the 24th of December 2016 and all I wanted was My dream wedding, but for my Sister! Antara and team did a fantastic job for our wedding in January 2018. It was a 3 day event and we still can’t get over how beautifully the decor was done for our Mehendi, Muhurtham and Reception. The decor, planning and timing went great! Antara was flexible and very patient in working with us especially after we have been in touch over WhatsApp for over 4 months since we live overseas. Antara was one of the first choices, coz we had worked with her for my wedding, but we did explore other options. We met with a couple of other Wedding planners, none with the same enthusiasm and comfort level as Antara. She was easy to talk to and she got what they meant even thought our ideas were vague and hints were way out there. She was able to hold the middle ground between the perfectionist Mom, and over zealous sister of the groom for planning each and every detail of the wedding. Like most bohri weddings go, this one had a lot of functions. Each meal was planned as event in itself. Right from the theme to food to the set up. The idea was to give the guests a different experience each time. So that meant converting the Hall/ Venue to something completely new and to transport the guest to a new place with the décor and the food. Now that was a challenge right from the start. But to add to the complications of the wedding, there were 3 different venues, in 3 very different parts of the city, guests had to be moved to all of these venues and time management was critical. The wedding guest list was snug, when you compare to what Indian Weddings have, but that being said, Antara’s team had to execute 4 different themes, different décor, floral arrangements, colour schemes, seating arrangements, different food caterers, different vibe and music with in a short span of 2 days. The wedding guest were first welcomed to a traditional south Indian stlye décor, and food completed with the nariyalwala stall, and a cute beach boat photo booth. Then the guest were treated to a complete different starry night themed reception, with all details excecuted to the T. The theme demanded the stage with props, a photo booth, the lighting, the music and poetry to tie it all together. While bringing all of this together, Antara also managed to diffuse the emergency MC situation for the event next morning, She was on conference call right till 2 AM coordinating games and program details with the MC. Her team managed to put together every single thing needed for the games decided just that night by 10AM in the morning. she and her team toiled on in the venue right through the wee hours and had every single thing set for the Punjabi theme, complete with all the vibrant colours, the food carts, the chat walas, the the dhool wala, and mirrors sprewn all over the lawn. She was even able to arrange for a projector and screen within hours. Antara and her team did an exceptional job with the main wedding event décor, where the theme was Rustic English charm, they took care of everything. The entry way, the old doors to act as partitions, creating a canopy to give an in the woods sort of feel in the wedding hall. The décor was spectacular, all within a very specific and repeatedly negotiated budget. Next morning the same hall that had now seen 2 complete transformations of south Indian and Punjabi theme was redone perfectly to a Mediterranean – Santorini theme. They didn’t just make themes happen, and disappear. They were always there when there was anything that the family needed. Their team took care of the guests right till the end. Antara was the perfect planner. Wedding are often times where emotions are high, anger, panic, confusion everything simple becomes clouded with multifolds of drama. Antara with her smile and can do attitude, just breezed through all of it and managed to get everything just right.
