Worst services ever. Miscommitments by staff. I spent Rs. 3000 booking this salon but after bad reviews from friends n family i decided not to go for it. When i went there they said they cant return the money but you can come anytime for other services. Later they denied saying anytime means 4 months. I explained my reason for not coming there and as already informed earlier as well that because of shifting i will not be able to come soon. They told us to not worry n come anytime. Now they talk rude and unprofessional.

Their class staff, miss commitment, we have booked for a party makeup in 22-09-2018 bit due to bad reviews on Google and other site we decided not to go ahead, we have changed our makeup artist and went to khoobsurat whether if they can refund the amount or not and I was very much sure they will not, they denied and the madam who do the makeup and all told me that you can take the service any time later on. After that we shifted to Bangalore and today when we called she completely denied that it is null and void now for which earlier they committed that we can use it anytime later now, now she is saying that we have change our policy and note is valid only for 6months now, why the hell I should concern about policies which they keep changing, I have paid 3000 which is totally waste now, I suggest before going for any kind of services please check twice, and read the reviews on Google too which says about the staff and parlour. I have all the receipts of payment which I am attaching herewith. Now they are saying Kabhi Bhi means 4-5 months and we have changed our policy what about who had already paid. New policy is applicable for new customers and you must tell them straight forwardly rather than manipulating in words.

I got my makeup done from her for my wedding. She's a great makeup artist and I absolutely loved how she kept in mind my requirements and did a great job. I wanted a very subtle look and that's how she did it. Great products used too. Recommended.
