Extremely bad service.I did my engagement makeup from here in Feb 2022,and service was okay .Since i was comfortable with the service ,i booked them for my Sangeet and marriage .On the Sangeet day ,i got a little late and the manager out there started behaving in an extremely rude maaner,even though i had made an advance payment.And,even if customer gets a little late,there is a way of conveying your thoughts .He was outright rude and mannerless ,even when i said sorry he was still going on talking in an absolute abrasive and arrogant manner .They charge a lot for airbrush,and their makeup starts coming out within 2-3 hours. on my wedding day,the studio was filled with soo many brides that they applied the makeup hurriedly.It was soo bad ,that it created patches on my face right before my varmala and my friends had to keep giving me touch ups,as makeup was soo bad that my face had cracks and it was embarrassing to sit in the ceremony in that condition. also,the manager needs to learn some manners.We are paying for this service,they are not doing it for free.And,why to book soo many brides on the same day,when you can't handle them and give them proper sevice.We are paying in thousands and the quality of makeup is not even worth the money. Never going there again,not even letting any of my family or friends go there again.

Plz whoever is reading this.. plz don't go with positive reviews.. I don't know they are paid or false or what.. but the reality is completely different. the way they did my makeup on 26th Nov. It was horrible. These people don't have any manner ki how to speak with the person Jo bride ko lene aaya hai.. they don't pay attention ki face kitna ready hai makeup k liye.. I took al the pre bridal service from ur studio.. but it was not up to the mark . I took casmara facial n all.. still on the makeup the girl who did my cleanup said u have so many white heads.. oh come on!!! After spending 30000 whiteheads??? Kirti did my makeup blindly without even noticing ki my eyebrows r not properly done by your service provider.. after finishing all the makeup she said.. eyebrows moti hai.. arey moti hai toh patla kro.. paise kis baat k diye hai? Every one in my family said u r looking like a whiteghost.. it was very painful.. I was in depression for one week ki how they ruined my day.. devesh's behaviour is very bad.. I don't know why he misbehaved with my sister who came there to take me home.. I lost all my confidence on that day.. I can't even express in words how thaga hua I felt.. Even I forgot my sleepers there n still it is there.. bcz man hi nhi krta vaha jaane ka. I never ever recommend anyone to get their day ruined by you. Me and my sister went to their parlour on a friend's recommendation. We booked for our 2 functions. In total we were asking for 4 makeups...! I have never done makeup in my life, and trust me they were so perfect in their work that everyone around us were impressed with our looks. Not only the looks, their hairstyles too...!
