They are decent at what they do, but what they showed us as the reception decor and what they delivered was not in tandem. The chairs on the stage for the reception were plastic chairs straight out of a scrap godown and it looked really cheap! The chairs in the mandap were worse, they were tacky, uncomfortable and looked out of place in the decor. They were late in setting up the stage for the morning and just shoddy in the way they managed things. Add to this the audacity of their manager, who thought that what he gave us was perfect and should not be complained out. Since we were preoccupied with the wedding we didn't want to waste time in giving feedback to him and just paid him all the money.
