I booked KNK for my wedding makeup, hair, and dupatta draping. While the makeup was good, the overall experience was disappointing. The hair styling was poorly executed, with hair pins clearly visible even in photos and videos. I had called the senior artist to my resort, and although I was the only bride present, he was frequently on phone calls and did not fully focus on me. This contradicts their claim of “one bride at a time.” Additionally, my dupatta came undone immediately after my bridal walk, which was embarrassing and could not be fixed without redoing the entire drape. The groom touch-up was charged ₹10,000 for just a 3 minutes of work. Later, they offered a hair spa and pedicure as compensation, but despite a confirmed appointment, I was made to wait nearly 4 hours for services lasting about 45 minutes each. During the pedicure, the staff attended another client simultaneously, causing long delays. The salon presents itself as a luxury boutique, but the service quality and time management did not meet that standard. It’s just an over-hyped place. Not recommended at all!

Updated after sharing 1st review: After posting my experience yesterday, I got a call from Owner (There were 2 people on call) and rather than listening to what I had to say, they started explaining on points mentioned in review in very loud voice. I waited for them to finish so that I can also explain my view but they were not ready to listen anything and it ended up in threatening comments from Owner and her friend like: - Ab dekho main kya krti hu - I will make sure that you will not get booking of any makeup artist in future and by saying these things you confirmed my points about your rude and unprofessional behaviour. I praised you guys where you did good but you don't even read that part. You charged extra for travelling and from the 1st day you knew about the distance. So, it's not right to say that you travelled and did us a favour. I hope you post the pics of the rooms when you started your work 1st and 2nd day, so that everyone gets the complete picture. As a makeup artist, I was just another client for you. But you almost ruined the most special day in my life. Main purpose of sharing these reviews is that you get proper, true feedback of your services offered and based on that try to improve personally and professionally, rather that shouting/threatening your client. Very Bad experience. Possible they can ruin the most special day for you. Highly recommending not to book their service. - Initially booked wedding package (Wedding + Engagement) for 58,000 + Travelling expenses as they had to travel for approx 90-100 km (Lucknow to Sitapur). These charges are more than double of what they charge at their office but we anyway booked them. - In the package groom makeup was complimentary as discussed and we paid initial amount of 25000 rs. 4 months prior to booked date. However, at booking date, they said that we have to pay separately for Groom Makeup. We didn't have any choice at that time as lady (Ishita) said that either we pay separately or they will leave that place without doing anything and they will not return the initial amount too. - It was covid times in Dec-2020 so they asked for separate clean room, to which we agreed and gave them a separate clean room where they can do their work. We offered them snacks etc. as they travelled 100km and it takes time to complete make-up etc. As soon as the make-up finished, they left the room so dirty that if we would have offered them same room in that condition they wouldn't have taken that room. - Ishita was so rude and was not even talking properly. I haven't seen such unprofessional behaviour. - At the end we paid approx 76,000 rs for makeup. Only thing good was Bride makeup for wedding day. Rest all (Bride Makeup for Engagement, Groom Makeup for Engagement and Wedding) was very bad and any local artist could have done much better work.

Absolutely loved the experience with KNK! I wanted the service for my Sangeet and Wedding look at the venue itself. Anjana (the manager) connected me to Ishitta (my MUA) and both of them were such sweethearts! The best thing was that they completely understood the kind of looks and hairstyles I wanted and also suggested what would go best with my face cut and the outfits!
