We hired them for our wedding in 2023, and the experience has been extremely disappointing.We were promised a wedding video that still—over a year later—has not been delivered. What’s worse is the complete lack of communication. The photographer has blocked our calls and messages, leaving us with zero updates or explanations. This level of unprofessionalism is unacceptable, especially when it involves such an important and irreplaceable event in our lives. We are now preparing to take legal action to resolve the situation.
