The booking process was smooth (Shivam the assistant is very warm and understanding). They give you recommendations based on their years of experience and it turns out magnificent. If you’re a bride, she will take her time and give you everything you’ll need. Wow, I just can’t get over my bridal look! Have never felt more beautiful than I did on my wedding day. I wanted Ridhi to give me a subtle look overall with my eyes being the center of attention. And that’s what exactly she achieved! The makeup looked & felt like a second skin & didn’t at all look cakey. Mine was a morning wedding but the celebrations & rituals went on till night, still the makeup didn’t budge even a bit! My family still talks about how beautiful the makeup was, and absolutely apt as per the morning wedding. And the best part is that it was not at all a typical OTT bridal look, just something that enhanced my natural features the perfect way! All that being said, the only disappointment (that too not from Ridhi but her team) was that they didn’t at all ask me how I wanted the flowers to be put on my bun. it didn’t struck me at the moment, but I later saw that they had put flowers only on one side of the bun without asking how I wanted it. Now that I look at some of my pictures taken from the other side, it looks so odd. Seems as if no flowers were put on the bun at all. Otherwise, rest all was perfect!

I got my reception make up done by Ridhi. I always wanted a very natural make up and Ridhi did utmost justice to my needs. I had alot of fuckups during my wedding but when it came to makeup, I think I was the most happiest bride. She is so flawless that you will not even realise that your makeup is done. She did no contouring, or applied anything on my neck- I was so skeptical of choosing her as my make up artist and I’m honestly extremely disappointed. All my photographs have come out horrible and each and every person said that the make up artist did a poor job. Her attitude was not inviting or positive at all, she seemed extremely tired or not interested, she should have stepped down and not ruined my look and my day! I asked her to do more of my chin and neck, she barely responded or exchanged any rational. The hair opened within 10 mins of curling them. I would request such artists to learn some basic etiquettes of customer service/experience as well. I have requested her to return some of my hard earned money. She didn’t even take a single picture of my face after the make up was done, what kind of an artist is not proud of her own work??? And if she knew she did a poor job, she should have owned it. The hair and make she did was not worth 50K at all- urban clap or any other salon would have done a much better job. If you read this Ridhi, kindly issue a refund. Thanks!

Ridhi is an amazing makeup artist undoubtedly. But I would like give a feedback regarding her behaviour towards me on the day of my wedding. Wedding is one of the most important day of one’s life but if on that day someone starts pinpointing your attire, you start losing the confidence. Exactly, this is what happened with me! I don’t know what went wrong with my lehenga but she started pinpointing the colour of my dupatta and gave very weird expressions. Maybe because it was not from any renowned designer. But somehow I managed not to spoil my mood. I received my wedding pictures and shared few and thanked her for the tremendous job she did with the makeup, however she has not reverted to those messages till date! Instead I got a text from her after a month of two regarding the feedback on this platform. I praised her multiple times for her makeup on that day itself and even after the incident which took place on the day of my wedding. But this is what I got in return! So, here is a suggestion - Everyone has a different taste/preference. If you don’t like anything does not mean other person won’t and try to keep it to yourself as it might even spoil someone’s Big day!

Right off the bat I knew I wanted a makeup artist that would ensure I had a flawless yet effortless look for my big day. Ridhi accomplished that and more with the amazing makeup that was done on both days. However upcoming brides please if you are scheduling ready times make sure it’s given an hour before the actual ready time because Ridhi was late on both days giving me no time for a photoshoot and getting ready shots and her assistants were way too rushed and careless with the jewelry and outfits which resulted in me losing a backing an hour before my event. Thankfully the hair stylist Kapil was my guardian angel who had an extra backing and no guest noticing any mishap.

Very unprofessional- my fiancé pinged her in the morning about the confirmation details and asked her how to proceed. No reply till the late evening. Some assistant of her reached out to us telling she is busy, also asked her to go ahead to make the payment and share the payment details/screenshot. The payment was done + the screenshot was shared. After an hour her manager came back saying someone already booked the slot in the morning, so now we will be struggling for a refund!!! A perfect example of chaos- and a real bad experience, like they didn’t even know what all bookings they have/had. As a responsible vender we expect to pass on the right information to clients. Very disappointed!! I wound not recommend.

The hair artist also did a very bad job and my hair were a mess between the function. The makeup was also very cakey and was visible in the pictures. She did not even wait for my final look and went way before my draping. The draping was not done properly and the dupatta was very loose it kept slipping. Highly unsatisfied with her work. Nobody would like to get ready on the most important day of her life without having the right attention.

I had been following her since a long time and thus trusted her with all my looks. She has an eye for detail and can visualise a bride much before she gets them ready for their big day. The number of people reaching out to me after my viewing my pictures on Instagram is countless to ask me about my MUA. After literally calling all the MUAs in the NCR (literally everyone - I know all of their packages), Ridhi was the most easygoing person. She was on time for our destination wedding even though I myself got there late. She was super accomodating. There were no hidden costs in her package and was quite reasonable compared to what some (actually most) of the NCR MUAs are charging. So we know, she is punctual, professional and reasonable in terms of her bridal package. Let's talk about her work. I was mind-blown by her makeup. I had multiple events in different cities and every time I had gotten my makeup done (like from well-reputed MUAs), my face always felt so heavy. I was always slapped with layers of creams and makeup. Ridhi's work was so smooth and light, I never felt I had multiple layers on make up on me. She asked me in advance about all the looks I wanted for my events and came prepared for it. Her hairstylist, Sonam, was again awesome. I have never been completely satisfied with my hairstyles for events but this girl rocked it for all my events. I was extremely amazed to see myself in the mirror when I saw myself after the makeover. My both the looks rocked and I could not stop staring myself in the mirror everytime I got a chance. I hired her for my wedding on 29th jan 2020. She was highly rude and unprofessional. She came alone without any assistant or helper and asked me to wear everything on my own without any help. We had one bridal makeup and my sisters makeup. She did not hide my dark circles mentioning that these are eye bags and cant hide them. As a makeup artist she was not able to hide dark circles also. After constantly focussing on hiding my dark circles, she was not able to do so and hence blamed my sleepy eyes for that. Her hairstylist came after 1 hour and took calls constantly and did nothing on my hairstyle. My sisters makeup started so late and she did a blunder on her face and all her foundation was visible. She didnt had lashes for her. All my makeup was worn off till the morning. It was not a bridal look. It was minimal look. For which she took 50k. And charged extra. 48500 was her price and on wedding day she changed it to 50k. Then she left her belongings and called me 50 times on my wedding and disturbed me and expected me to find her things rather than attend my wedding. Then also i returned all her things after her irritating behaviour despite my wedding day. She is highly unprofessional and rude and she uses some app to make her brides look pretty in pictures as i was not at all looking like the way she has posted the pictures. Please dont trust her pictures as dont get manipulated by her pictures and spoil your wedding day. Highly disappointed and dissatisfied. It was one big day for me and she spoiled it.

Ridhi did my as well as my mom's makeup for my sangeet and wedding, and i am so so glad that i hired her for it. She and her hairstylist were absolutely on point with both the looks they gave me and mom. I relied on her completely for the kind of look that would suit me, and thank god i did. Both my looks were so flawless. She did better than my own expectations and i cannot thank her enough for this. Also, unlike many MUA's, she did not take hours n hours of time for getting me ready, and managed it in decent time. My mom.has never got makeup done and was very particular on a very natural look and she did exactly that. First of all this is my personal experience so not judging her on an overall basis and just keeping my point.. So i booked ridhi somewhere in oct or nov 18 for my wedding on 8th feb 19.. On the day of my marriage at around 11:30-12 i just thought to check wid her regarding her timings that when is she coming and tried to call her for which there was no answer of my call for like 7-8 times then she answers my call and says that she is being hospitalised from past two days so she is not sure if she ll b able to come or not and she is trying if something can be managed from her mentor Chandni Singh’s studio.. it was very easy for her to say such words but she might have not realised that it was my wedding day and what did i went through after that as it was a heavy wedding day n no ne was ready to take my makeup n moreover at the time of all the rituals i was panicking n looking out for makeup artist. I understand that it was not in her control but what still troubles me is that she could have told me on her own may b a day before or atleast same day but early in the morning but she did not even bother to inform me and just told me abt it after my continous calls to her.. All i wanna say is be healthy n stay well but get some professionalism and try to maintain it..

Ridhi is a good makeup artist. I hired her for my sangeet and wedding day makeup. Wedding day makeup was great. Improvement needed on draping and timeliness. I had to set my dupatta again after she left as it was not properly done and i was late for the function.

Makeful was perfect totally was as per my expectations. The artist is very professional and good at her work. Highly recommended !
