I was recommended Arushi by a friend and it was an absolute worthy investment. She guided me through my doubts as I barely had any idea about what I wanted. Very talented, punctual and professional. The thing I appreciated the most is that she had good communication skills. I did not realise that I needed a calm personality during that stressful time, which was much appreciated. Also a thing I wanna mention is that she used very clean brushes and her technique was very beautiful. Having a super sensitive skin, I did not have one skin reaction, so thank you! I had booked Arushi for 2 party makeup for 2 days and an engagement makeup for the bride. I had booked her 6 months in advance and was in constant touch with her. However, at the end moment, which was 2 days right before the functions were supposed to start, she cancelled the booking. The day she cancelled, i was talking to her the same morning and she didn't tell me anything. Later in the evening when I texted her to ask about the flowers for the hairstyle, it was only then, in reply she messaged me that she will be cancelling the booking. It was pretty last minute, she couldn't even give me a replacement. It was my real brother's wedding and I didn't know what to do because after that I had to literally start my research all over again and that too just a day before the function were about to begin. I believe it to be very unprofessional. The least that she could've done was to help me find a replacement.
