Jahanavi is very calm and composed and very cooperative, she helped me pick the look and hairstyles a week before, and gave me all the guidelines and instructions before hand, it was very helpful. I've acne-prone sensitive and dry skin, and make-up did NOT irritate my skin at all, my skin is very healthy after the make-up! She takes all the protective measures for sanitization, masks up at all times and she wore surgical gloves during the entire make-up application!
