I got my wedding reception make up done by him. It was 21st February. It was such an amazing experience. He is very friendly and very professional. He took just 2 hours to complete my entire make up, it was a no fuss and all great experience. He comes to the venue and completes the make up flawlessly. His make-up elevated my features and did whatever suited me the best. The staffs are also amazing and very very friendly. I recommend him to any bride who wants to look the best on their special day.

He is truly a magician. I am lucky to have been his bride , he is an extremely polite person and listen to what the bride actually wants in her look. He gave me the perfect bengali bridal look that i have yearned for. The way he did the eye makeup I fell in love with that. long kohl eyes, perfect d- day look. I would recommend him if you are looking for a simple and yet elegant look on you D- day. Be sure to book him keeping in hand atleast 8-9months.

I am going to share a harrowing experience that happened on my wedding day: it was a NO SHOW from my make up artist Abhijit Paul, something that no bride should face. While my wedding date was 22 nd jan 2020, I had booked Abhijit Paul 7 months in advance. I was in constant touch with his manager from booking 7 months earlier till my wedding. On 22nd january Abhijit was supposed to come at 3 : 30 pm in my place for make up, I get a call from him at around 10 am on 22nd that he will not be able to make it as he is severely dehydrated due to boozing in a party the previous day. Now my question is, if the artist knows he has an assignment the next day, he should be sensible enough to drink responsibly to avoid any last minute inconveniences. He tells me all of this on my wedding day at 10 am, when I am supposed to sit for the rituals and have no time to arrange for any alternatives. He does promise to send me a replacement who was in the makeup team of another renowned make up artist and assuring me that the replacement does the same type of make up that abhijit does, but the question is that booking abhijit paul was my choice and now I am left with no option but to book an unknown make up artist. When I saw the portfolio of the substitute, his work was plain and unimpressive to say the least, someone I would not consider booking even for a birthday party, forget marriage. Imagine peeps, its my D- Day, the most important and happiest day of my life and I am going through such suffering in the morning for the unprofessionalism of a make up artist. Luckily, my cousins had few connections and was able to get the dates of an established make up artist on the last moment. Now, the aim of writing this review is not be biased or paint some negative picture in the fellow readers mind but just to make you all aware that such situations can happen to anyone, so beware and do thorough research on the make up artists, the professionalism of the person you are booking, otherwise you could land in the same soup that I landed in.

He was my make up artist for my wedding and he was very professional, diligent and bright. His works speks for itself, he's a celebrity makeup artist too and I got a lot of compliments because of his work. Thank you so much Abhijit for dolling me up!

Mr. Paul do wonders with makeup. 3 years back he did my sister's makeup on her wedding and she looked absolutely gorgeous. And also executively beautiful. So peeps out there who still have confusion regarding selecting a makeup artist, you can always opt this and play safe. And since then, I suggest to the most people I know to go for Mr. Paul and team.

Terrible experience!! WORST BEHAVIOUR!! He simply cancelled my booking with no specific reason didnt bother to inform also. just before 1 month of my wedding i called him up to discuss about my wedding accessories and xtra party makeup on that moment i got to know about the cancellation when i ask him why, he not only denied also behave harshly. Didnt expect anything like this from him. well!! thanks to god that nothing is spoiled and luckily i found MUKULIKADI(wedding) and NANDADA(Nanda Majumder)(reception), ofcourse BETTER THAN Mr Paul !! So gals if you want to book Mr Paul for your special day you can but at your own risk!! :)

I had my first encounter with Abhijit Paul during my sister's wedding 3 years back when one of our friends referred him to us . He did a fantastic job at her wedding and since then he has been our only choice for all wedding / party makeups . Recently , he also did my makeup and hair for my wedding functions , totally in love with his work . Though he does the makeup only and the hair and draping is done by his team , they do an amazing job too :)

I had a terrible experience. I was informed by his manager just before my wedding day that he will be late. On asking them to stick to the schedule i was talked to very badly. By both Mr. Paul and his manager. They spoilt my wedding day. I was assured that my sister's party makeup would be done by Mr. Paul while booking but someone else did her makeup. I wouldnt have written a bad review for anyone but the behaviour i faced was terrible and shocking. I had no other way as it was just before my wedding otherwise i would have booked anyone but not them. He may be a very established artist (which has definitely got to his head) but behaviour matters especially you dont expect to be talked to like that on your special day. I would personally prefer someone who may not be famous but atleast is courteous.

Abhijit has done the makeup for my reception and i must say he has done a marvelous job.he has set of lovely group who are equally good and courteous.he came up to my home to do makeup and made me ready well before time.I just loved his work.

We hired Abhijit Paul for reception event. Abhijit is a big name in the industry and my experience was like okay. Nothing impressive, but yes he used great quality products.
