Customer Service Experience, 10/10: - I booked my wedding makeup at her studio, but the night prior, I asked her to arrive at my house instead-- she adjusted her schedule last minute, despite my request being difficult for her, and was extraordinarily kind and professional! - I was 3 hours late to her studio for my reception makeup, and she was super sweet and, again, adjusted her schedule for me. - I lost my heel strap, and she found a replacement for it at her studio! ** Caveat: while I was super late for my makeup appointment, she was accommodating because her schedule was open that particular day.
