Nitha was good with her make up and her hair stylist was good with her work as well. However my makeup started creasing after few hours as the event was outdoors and during daylight. I do not know if there is diff makeup technique when we have an outdoor event and exposed to sun. I did have not great experience with her in terms of payment. Usually most stylists would not bother During the event for payment and they would wait till eod for payment. But nitha would not leave the venue and was running behind the bride for payment while we clearly said by Eod we would pay you. She said her hairstylist needs money urgently and when I offered to pay 5k ( as I had that much at that point) then and rest by eod so that urgency can be met, she wasn’t ok with that as well.. she says that these days with google pay it takes few min to make payment and we should pay soon after the service is done irrespective of time and place.. usually as we all know during a wedding there r many things around and a non-trust worthy makeup artist (who feels that we will pay her)won’t make our life easy. I have worked with other artists and they are ok to wait till eod (for the event to get over) and they usually leave the place as soon as we say we will settle the money Soon after the event. Either take the payment 1 day earlier stating that we won’t trust you so pay a day early or wait for few hours after the for payment. Please do not bother during the event. It might take couple of min to make payment via google pay but we can use the same time to enjoy our event. In addition she also said when we are punctual with our work timing we expect you to be punctual with your payment as wel which I felt was quite arrogant. It made me feel that all she she cares was money and not the service. For nitha service seems to just her work and not how comfortable she makes the client. She seems to be not valuing client’s great day.

Dear Yashma, thank you for your valuable feedback. This is what happens when we ask for payment. Like I said before also, when we are punctual about our work timings even the clients should be punctual about payment terms. I never made to wait any of my clients for the service, you can check with all of the clients about my service. Since you are offended when we ask about payment at the venue, you wrote a big review to create a bad impression in the social media. I'm surprised that you are commenting on the makeup, since you never mentioned about this in our WhatsApp conversation. But since you need some reason to blame you coming up with some comment. All this confusion was created by you 4 points you mentioned about payment when I said I need to clear the dues of my hairstylist. 1. You gonna pay at eod 2. Otherwise tell the due amount of hairstylist I'll pay that much 3. I'll pay 5k and remaining you can collect it from my sister 4. Otherwise collect how much ever my sister gives and remaining I'll pay If you wouldn't have created confusion, since I met you for the very first time. Like normal human tendency and by our past experience it is good deed to clear the payment before leaving the venue. In past, few avoided our calls and messages when we agreed to collect payment later. When you speak about trustworthiness, I just took 1k as advance and reached venue very early morning even before your arrival to the venue. You mentioned that I care for money, but I did ask the money only when I completed my work. It's not good to show unnecessary frustration when there was a mistake from your end. In this world, we do buy products/service after the payment only. After my service I asked the payment. Is that wrong? I deal professionally with my clients and I expect the same from my clients too. This is the first time in my career I'm getting a negative review, coz I don't compromise on the products I use nor the service I give. Anyways thank you so much, it is good to have such kind of feedback. So it's keeps me motivated😊😊
