Reem completely ruined my experience. She overbooked clients so I was rushed, her brushes weren’t even clean, and she barely paid attention while doing my makeup. The result was patchy, heavy, and nothing like what I asked for. When I complained, instead of fixing it, she got defensive and still demanded full payment plus “extras” I never agreed to. Absolutely unprofessional and a waste of money.

I usually don’t leave negative reviews, but I feel like brides should know what to expect. When I arrived, Reem’s assistant did a large portion of my makeup, and unfortunately, she was quite rude when I asked about Reem’s involvement. When Reem came, I showed her my inspiration picture for a light, natural bridal look. What I received was extremely heavy and nothing like what I requested. I politely mentioned this, but the response was defensive rather than accommodating. In the end, I felt so uncomfortable with the result that I washed my face off entirely—and I was still charged extra for doing so. For such an important occasion, I expected professionalism, listening to the client’s wishes, and respectful communication, but unfortunately that was not my experience.

I had a very disappointing experience with reem's makeover on my wedding day. Despite clearly communicating my preferences in advance, she was dismissive, rude, and unwilling to listen. She seemed more focused on doing what she wanted rather than what I, the bride, had asked for.

All thanks to mam ?? and to her team for curating such a lovely look for my engagement? Ma’am was the first Mua ever who worked on my skin and she completely knows the ins and outs of every product she uses and was very considerate when it came to me putting in suggestions of my own. I loved everything about the makeup ? and it lasted right until the end of the night. In Shaa Allah we shall book you soon again for my wedding looks♥️ Thank you so very much…You’ll were amazing. If I could give a zero rating for Reem makeup,I would give it because they ruined my look right from the first step,they literally paint eyebrows and foundation layers on you with zero skin prep so much that it starts creasing at the parlor itself.The workers there who call themselves artists have zero sense of color and when I told them to keep it simple and showed a reference on their own instagram page,that lady named Soha said that’s bridal,it will be expensive like what the heck,you’re charging people more to do less makeup???Reem just keeps screaming to her assistants do this do that and doesn’t understand what the person actually wants.While I was there,one lady just like me requested subtle makeup and they didn’t know how to do subtle and blamed the poor girl that see it’s not looking nice on you and even body shaming her that you have small eyes,hooded eyes,you need to do it brighter etc etc.My suggestion is if you want to go in as one person and come out as another person then go for it,Reem is ideal for that otherwise just stay home and do your own thing,you will save money and some brain cells as well!!Lolz,really wish I had check on these earlier reviews before I booked her because she will put up only the good makeup looks on her instagram page and not the disasters.

I booked them for my reception, their junior artist is very rude and ill mannered, doesn't know how to talk to customers, I wish I could slap her, but i didnt wanted to spoil my day n completely avoided her, she also ruined my sister in law s makeup

Very veryyy bad experience pleaseeeeee don’t book her I literally washed my face after the make over n asked junior artist do to it again and she charged double. She shaved my eyebrows without even asking me. Very bad experience. I want to ban her from being an artist. I will never ever trist a makeup artist again

It was really vry bad experience.. They should understand that its a special day for someone.We pay as much u say but its doesn't worth..Makeover means u can change the look instead they made my complexion more darker then my original complexion ..I myself do my makeup much better then them.

It was my first time booking a mua and I regret booking reems my experience was very unpleasant. She's literally booking 30 people in a day including brides and makes us feel as though she's doing a free service.From their attitude to makeup and draping everything was bad. Biggest regret. The owner was so rude and was literally telling her girls to not give much importance to people and send them fast. WTH! PLEASE DO NOT BOOK HER. YOU WILL NOT JUST WASTE YOUR MONEY BUT ALSO WOULD SPOIL YOUR DAY!!!

Very arrogant makeup artist with obnoxious behaviour. Takes up clients as much as she can for the greed of money and then shouts and yells at everybody with irritability. Does makeup according to her will and not according to client's wishes. She Threatened us that she wont do our make up when we already waited 2 hours for our turn. Very very rude and sick.

So unprofessional and it wasn't even with just one client. We were total 5 including a bride. Everyone was so unhappy with their makeup and she did not even listen to the changes that we wanted. She just ignored us or rudely spoke to us especially my mother. If you have the time then my suggestion would be to look for somebody else there are plenty makeup artists who's work is better and are professional.

They are very unprofessional they attend All the brides at a time . Nd the worst thing is being a bride instead of getting pamperd after giving such huge amount bride have to run from one place to another and no 3 people does face makeup, another girl for hair , nd we have to ask for lashes nd hair jewellery and same look for all brides . 3 saftey pins for 40kg khadaduppata dissapointed by there service . Hello everyone ,after reading the above comments I wanted to clear the people who are reading this negative comments about reemsmakeovers,I went there for bridal makeup,to be honest it was amazing,her makeup is v different she give Pakistani bridal looks she is very professional she is not there to entertain u guys.plus she manages 10 to 15 people at a time it’s us who irritate her by askin hundred questions she is pro in her makeup we should allowe her to show her skills. plus half of my college girls my seniors etc they all went to her for makeup on their wedding they all wer very happy .guys listen apolog ke negetive comments is not gonna effect her .my honest review is I give her 10 stars.highly recommend reemsmakeovers.

I have never seen such unprofessional artist. 1. To start with, Tareem sat on a high stool, asked me to sit on a chair in front of her, lean forward and face up. She won't stand! She made me sit in a very inconvenient position. 2. Makeup is not an art for her. It is just rubbing some stuff. The most unprofessional I ever saw. She does not understand that makeup should hide flaws and highlight beauty. It should look more natural. She does not know the basics. 3. She applied lipstick straight from the applicator. No outline, no strokes. Uneven. 4. The way she spoke was rude and unprofessional. She could not make me feel comfortable and spread the kal all over. Did not clean it and applied foundation on top of it. Can you believe it?

I totally agree to the 2 other reviews posted here.. Reem and Erum both are totally unprofessional and disrespectful.. Each client is basically only a number for them.. They don’t care for your choices or preferences and impose what they think is right whether you like it or not.. They ruined my hairstyle and did extremely cakey make-up and did not pay heed to what I wanted.. They stopped my hairstyle mid-way so the lady doing my hairdo could drape the dress for some other client.. They make fun of clients in their face.. Terrrrrible Service and Terrible Make-up and Totally Zero Professionalism.. She feels like she knows it all and treats like the clients are a bunch of fools who know nothing at all.. I’m not the kind of person who would hold a personal grudge and defame a person but YOU don’t deserve to be in any profession until YOU learn to talk and TREAT people with respect.. The way you treat clients I wouldn’t be surprised if you start losing clients.. It was a Worthless visit.. I hope this review helps potential clients reconsider their visit to her..

I would give her “zero starts” if that would’ve been in the options. Where to begin... as soon a I entered l was in for a shock.. no manners whatsoever. She just bashes brides or anyone she wants left and right. Doesn’t value her clients a bit. The way she dealt was highly unprofessional. Not just with me but every single person she was dealing with and the lady beside her doing eye make up is passing comments on the ladies. I mean who the hell Is she to be passing comments on her clients right in front of them..??? Guys seriously save urself from being bashed left and right and if u have no chance then do ur own makeup rather than getting such treatment from an mua. She should t be in business at all.

I seriously don’t know from where to start., my experience at reems makeover was worst worst worst..... I booked her for my in-laws wedding , she was so rude , being a MUA u should respect the clients sentiments, it’s individual choice to do eyebrows or not , u can’t tell them if u r not doing eyebrows u won’t take pics to post on ur insta page , how rude is that . And the makeup she did was so cakey , so unnatural makeup. Thank god I didn’t booked her for my sisters n brothers marriage god saved me and money, pls ppl don’t book her , she don’t have manners to deal with the clients , it’s doesn’t matters to her to hurt the sentiments of the clients. I wanted to write more but I don’t want to waste my valuable time. All I can say is she doesn’t deserve to be MUA. I really regret booking her and I wasted 8,300/-
