Makeup by Ritu Ahuja

Never in my entire life have I encountered such a rude lady! I got HD makeup which is better than normal makeup and is on expensive side. She applied more than 4 layers of foundation on my face, changed my lip shade more than 5 times without removing the previous lipper and kept applying layers over layers. The lips turned out so patchy and swollen. No proper technique of doing makeup. The fact that I have got my makeup done from multiple people but it has never been that bad. I left the salon and went somewhere else to get my makeup done and that different salon literally had to scrub my face and massage it for 15 minutes because the ugly makeup she did on me wouldn`t remove with just facewash. However my mother didn`t go to the other salon and decided to stay with Ritu Ahuja for makeup as the only salon that was available was 45 minutes away. This lady quite literally verbally harassed my mom that it was my fault I didn`t like her makeup. The person who was hired for shooting the makeup kept laughing and was stunned himself looking at how worst the makeup turned out. This lady didn`t apologise for such pathetic makeup but instead started saying you don`t have good features. Literally what the hell was that!!! My mom was so emotionally disturbed that day because it was my sibling`s shagun and that lady used such a foul language with my mom!!! People should literally learn how to do makeup properly or atleast learn how to speak!! And she charged for my makeup completely as well!! It doesn`t matter for this lady whether it`s your big day or whatever, she`s literally the worst!! Think before you book her!! I wish there was an option of zero rating!! Even 1/5 is too much for her.
