My friend found Silvia on Instagram. Right from the first time I contacted her on WhatsApp, until my wedding day, she had been a huge help. She showed me a trial look, helped me finalise my sangeet and wedding looks, in great detail - jewellery selection, hairstyle, lipstick shades, accessories, draping, she helped me decide on each and every detail. She even helped me with skincare advice and made sure my skin was prepped well before makeup. On both days she was booked, she reached the venues before time and worked really well. She even helped me calm my nerves and made sure I was hydrated throughout ❤️ I loved her enthusiasm, proactive nature, hard working attitude, talent and technique for makeup. She made sure my makeup was such that I looked like myself but better! The makeup stayed in placed for entire event and even after it, even though it was peak summer months. My sister found Sylvia on Instagram and my experience with her was just fabulous. She did make up for me and my sister for my engagement back in April 2021. I wanted a very natural style of make-up, she acknowledged that and did an amazing job! I looked and felt like myself, while at the same time looking beautiful with a perfect complexion. Based on this experience, we made sure to get her dates locked for my wedding and reception. We had 3 events at my wedding and had a pretty packed schedule. Sylvia and her team managed to finish the looks for all 3 of us (Bride, Bride sister and Bride’s mom) in time. She was the solely responsible for everyone’s makeup and she did an amazing job and created a beautiful look for all of us at every event I'm giving her 5 stars because: * Communication with Sylvia was seamless and she was quick in responding to all our queries and took input on every look we requested * Sylvia arrived early to set up their things so we could start on time. Her team were also flexible with the timings when there was a certain delay on our end. Even with that, her team managed to finish the job in time * The makeup that Sylvia uses are of a really good quality. It was intact throughout the events, even the lipstick. * Sylvia's team recreated the exact hairstyles that I have showed her for all my events and she did a great job with all of them. But above all, I really have to compliment Sylvia on her patience! I cannot believe how patient she was with us, right from the moment we met throughout the events. There is always a bit of stress before the wedding, so having someone so calm, patient and always with a smile is essential. Overall, it was a great experience! I'll definitely use her services again. I can't recommend her enough!
