I was having good experience with Tanu initially. She was responsive and polite but on my wedding day I saw the unprofessionalism of her. One month before my wedding day she asked if she can ready me by 7-7:30 PM and can go for another booking which I agreed if she is giving me and my sister proper time and not doing anything in hurry. But on the wedding day, she could not turned out the hair style which we decided earlier and she told me that she is getting late and does everything in hurry due to which everything started fallen down in sometime.. roses from my hair bun, earrings.. it was a complete mess to pin them up again and again.. Moreover, my sister makeup was not good and wasn't able to do my sister's hair style.. when we asked her to do it properly she said we can cut from her final pay instead of apologizing..this was the biggest day for me and my sister also wants to look good but due to Tanu, her hair style remained very simple which my sister do it by her own later. She only wants to earn more money rather than quality.
