I booked them for my bridal makeup .....but they were such an unprofessional....firstly they will take all the amount before the service ....and then I was not given any information for which person will come for my makeup......and then I had asked them to get me ready aby 6pm but they sent there artist at 7.30.....when I was asking them on call they kept on telling me they will come in next 10 min ....and doing this they took almost 2 hours to come to me ....by the end they switched off there phone.....I was all scared because I didnot even know who will come so I couldn't contact even the artist ....even after giving 2500 extra for just there transport...just because my makeup got sooo badly delayed I couldn't get my bridal photo shoot and was also extremely late for the rituals....they got me ready by 11pm.....I was also not satisfied with makeup....I looked darker even more than my actual colour ....there was no glow on my face....usually artists discuss the look and hairstyle ...outfit colour with the bride's so that they come prepared......but here I guess they didn't even know if they had to come.....I don't know what they did in that rush....but definitely spoiled my day completely......don't trust them ....they will spoil things and will not even give u any compensation......also even after booking the most expensive service they took 1000 extra for upgrading the quality of eyelash.....I have never seen this anywhere !!! I trusted them but they disappointed me!!!

One of my family member did a course from Sanya and Shifa makeover academy which is located in Tagore Garden, Delhi. This is the worst makeup academy ever. We got to know about them from Instagram but let me tell you all the reels and content on their profile is fake. They made fake promises on consultation. In two months course, Sanya and Shifa visited the class hardly 4 times. They just show a demo for the makeup, after that they don't care wheather student is learning or not. They just want to make money. After receiving the money they don't care about the students at all. Also, they sell the local makeup products to the students at the double price. They want to make money from everywhere. Total money wasted in the course.

Worse, disgusting, cheater are the perfect word of this Sanya n shifa salon. Don't waste your money and time here. Reels are fake, don't trust these kinds of reels.

Worst experience ever!! These guys are nothing but a fraud. I enrolled my wife in one of their professional courses and they took full fees in advance but as she got into the class the course content was pathetic and not as per the counselling sessions. As we requested to opt out in the 5th class only as the behaviour was also very bad they denied to refund and said if u want to continue then you have to adjust in this course only and the classes will also be as per us only. They are a fraud dont enroll here at all

I booked my bridal with sanya and shifa looking at the Instagram page content. When i went their behavior was highly disrespectful which i beared somehow to not let my day ruined but at the payment counter i paid entire in advance. But the service quality was pathetic highly pathetic my base cracked my eye makeup was looking as i had got it done from some unprofessional not an artist. They ruined my day and more over claimed that i had paid the amount half and also added a lot of hidden charges which was very very disgusting. Worst experience everr. LAALCHIII LOG!! All they can do is just run after money. Applied for make-up course in this academy for which i paid 10,000 in advance. At the time of registration they told me that i can make the payment in installments but after 7 classes they started to put pressure on me and other students to make the full payement. They discontinued our classes and told us they will give us the class only after full payment. Some of us decided to withdraw back and asked them to give our money back but they refused for the same.

One of the most disgusting studio and academy experienced till date. They do not have value for customers nor the students, use fake products for student vanity, provide degraded quality classes as they do not train the students themselves and on the top of that last minute cancel their exclusive makeup and transfer to senior artist withount refunding and intimating in advance. Hope no one faces this so making everybody aware

Client Review: Worst Experience I booked a senior Artist. Highly Unprofessional....A person can't cancel the booking after getting confirmation of booking...no booking slip was provided and waited for 1month for confirmation. And lateron its informed that they have taken someother booking and cant come for makeover.. Such behaviour is intolerable and unprofessional. This is the honest review I am sharing basis the experience i got from sanya shifa makeover. They are most unprofessional people you will meet and book for your special day. DONT BOOK THEM AT ALL!! By booking them,you will just RISK your special day! I had two celebrity makeup booked from the owner Sanya for my engagement and bridal and two party makeup. 1.On my engagement day,Sanya reached 3 hours late. No punctuality at all. Also,my mother's draping was not done and the makeup was left incomplete as the function already started.They had incomplete tools.They asked for scissors to cut lashes which was difficult to find on a venue location. Makeup requires setting time however in my case i didn't got that and many people in the function pointed out that the makeup looked very cakey! Their height of unprofessionalism didn't stop here. After engagement there was lockdown and my wedding was postpone.(Now scheduled for a date in December). In july- August they confirmed my booking for wedding date however forced my to cancel my mother's makeup as they said it won't come under their budget!The confirmation was given by Gaurav who is also the owner.I STILL AGREED TO THIS! Just 2 days back,they said they wont come on the wedding date and forced me to cancel the booking or take any other artist(Which i couldn't as i booked owner with the best makeup they had ie celebrity makeup). It tried calling Gaurav who was the owner multiple times but he never called back. Their manager was saying lies after lies like name mein confusion hogya! Somehow i got my money refunded! Now,just 2 months from my wedding..i have NO makeup artist booked! All good makeup artist are either booked or not available on that day. THESE PEOPLE ARE highly unprofessional,no surity of the booking even after you book them! please beware of such people in market. All the good reviews are mostly form their academy people.
