last year I got ready from them for my roka, I arrived around 2 pm they told me to come at 3 but because I have to get my nail art done from them, I went an hour before and there I was the only one who booked mansi for makeup and other clients including my mom were booked with their artist and there were around 6 7 people who were booked with their artist and to my surprise there was only one artist who was doing makeup and she was fast she did all her makeups before mansi who only had one client, me.... I didn't understand one thing that if the artist has 6 7 clients at a time then why didn't mansi handled some it was her salon and her reputation at last .. and when only few 2 3 clients left with the artist then she finally got time from looking into her phone she got up and started doing makeups of those other clients and I was still waiting no one did my hairstyling no nothing just sitting idle even when I was the only client with her (mansi) and while mansi was doing makeup of other clients who were booked with the artist, the artist taunted one of those clients that you are getting your makeup done my mansi in the money you paid for the artist makeup and I was like seriously?? is it their fault that you don't have enough artists.... coming back to my makeup, after waiting for about 3 hours she started doing my makeup first of all she uses a yellow orange light which is not the color of Natural light under which the makeup should be done, secondly, the eyelash glue which she had applied was I don't know how sticked on my nose and she didn't bothered to clean it. thirdly, the timing I was supposed to reach was 8 pm and my makeup was completed at 10 pm and I was 2 whole hours late. The staff was so ignorant I told them to tie the buckle of my sandals as I wasn't able to bend because of my heavy dress, they tied only one buckle and mansi told the same guy to adjust the ringlights as she was clicking my photos ignoring the fact that he was tying my buckles, he left after tying only one buckle, and due to which I fell on the road fully dressed while reaching my car because of the buckle he did not tied my steps got imbalanced. I was 2 hours late my in laws and fiancé was continously calling me which was so embarrassing and after this much of pain, in 20 minutes my makeup started creasing so bad that the photographer himself told me that he'll suggest a better makeup artist next time. honestly, I do far better makeup than her. will not recommend to anyone.

Mansi and her team were fantastic, they are skilled professionals with lots of experience. They did hair and makeup for myself (bride), my 5 bridesmaids and my mother plus mother in law. She replied to emails promptly during the months of preparations and planned a seamless timetable for the day so that we got ready with plenty of time to enjoy and get photos. We all looked incredible and they were so friendly and calm. I would highly recommend!

I went to this saloon for prebridal, sagan and bridal makeup. The service is okayish. Their prebridal products ans service are not worth the money. They are not concerned about your skin. I would rather suggest you to visit your regular saloon than waste your money at this place. Moreover the makeup products are not upto the mark either. The stay is not longer. The staff leaves early without even completing their job. You have to remind them for the tiniest of things like nail paint. They keep you waiting as the staff is busy roaming outside. I will not suggest this place.
