Myself Varun. I booked Mr. Mayur's photography service in 2020 for my sister's marriage. Till date I did not received Videos of my sister's marriage. After many followups Mr. Mayur only made false promises to deliver videos. This is very traumatic for my sister that she doesn't have her marriage videos to date. Very unprofessional attitude think before hiring there services.

Horrible person mayur khatri, he didn’t send my wedding videos, its being 4years, also he didn’t pick my call, biggest mistake of my life.

So glad that I came across his page on Instagram and that he was available on my Roka date. It was really awesome to have him and his team with us. They captured all the moments in a very special way. Highly recommended to everyone.

Absolutely Pathetic Experience!!!! If you want to ruin your experience just hire him, he has completely ruined our experience, he hires some freelancer to shoot the most important days of your life. It has been 3.5 months and we are waiting for our deliverables. We booked him for 28th, 29th and 30th November 2021 for our destination wedding in Jaipur. He never showed up even once to atleast meet and greet, he kept sending different guys all the three days and all were freelancers. Somehow they shot the wedding but the real problem started when we started following up for the Videos. He promised one month timeline for the deliverables but just see the screenshots I have attached. He never answers call or even bother to text or call back, forget about the photography he lacks basic etiquettes. He will keep on giving lame excuses for the delay like laptop is not working, editor is not well etc etc. After like calling him 1000 times and sending him 10000 messages he sent us some preview shots we wanted some changes we asked him again he started avoiding. Looks like he has lost the footage of 28th which was bridal mehandi, Mehandi function is so special for a bride ! but he has lost those footage. The drone shots captured are of very low quality. **Alert** I am writing this review so that others don't have to face what we are facing. Go through the screenshots attached and just see the dates of the conversation we are still struggling to get the videos of our memorable days and we totally deserve it but we did a mistake to hire Mayur Khatri.

Worst experience ever. I hired Mayur for my wedding photoshoot for 7th Dec 2020, now it's almost 11months I am still waiting for the album and videos. Extremely unprofessional attitude, no calling etiquettes at all. A bride is always very excited for her videos and pictures, he has spoiled it for me. Don't waste your precious time and money with Mayur.
