I wish WedMeGood allowed for a zero rating because that's what Jyotsna and team deserve. We were recommended to work with this team for the decor of our pre-wedding events at Dehradun, and from the get-go it's always been about constantly following up to get things done. First, to get a proposal from them, second, to check what timelines to expect, and third, to actually get things done. So much so, that even as our guests had arrived for a Mehendi Dinner, the stage had not even been set up completely. The same stage was then hastily put up in such a shoddy manner that an elderly lady fell off it because it was so unstable. I'm not sure what to ascribe their miserable output to - it is probably a combination of incompetence, lack of professionalism and no ownership for work they've taken up. All in all, a terrible team to work with. Strictly avoidable.

We booked moment designers after looking at all the reviews on wedmegood. And I'm surprised how drastically different their work was from their reviews. We received a PowerPoint from them listing out all the things they would do for the decor, and we did not get even 20% of it. Dance floor was broken, there was no stage at all, none of the decor matched the pictures used for reference in their ppt. Our function was supposed to start at 6 pm and whatever little decor they could do was not done by 8.30 pm. There were no carpets, lights were missing, no florals on the ceilings. They booked a DJ for us who decided on the last moment to not show up. The drapes looked like used bedsheets. A 2 year old could have done better chair and tables' draping. All flowers used for centerpieces were stale. They completely missed having a stage on our engagement. We had to continuously follow up to get the bare minimum done which was at least put up some carpets, which wasn't done either. They managed to place a horrible carpet after 3 hrs which was also not secured and 2 elderly guests ended up tripping and falling down because of those ill-placed carpets. I can go on and on about what a horrible experience it was. Our day was completely ruined. Jyotsana wasn't responding half the time, and the other two members- Rahul and Kush are not professional at all. They kept arguing defensively for all the things that were missing and did not deliver on a single thing that was mentioned by them in their powerpoint. Not only booking them was a complete loss of money, they managed to ruin every single function over the wedding weekend. Attaching a picture showing what a broken tenthouse look they gave to the venue. with missing drapes, bare minimum lights, an absolutely horrendous carpet placed randomly and no stage.

We had them on board for my big day. Due to covid, my wedding took place at my place. They decorated it so well. I left impressed with their professionalism and creativity. They were really cooperative and managed the whole work on time. Highly recommended.

Jyotsana is a very gifted and capable wedding planner. I contacted her 4 days prior to my wedding and she still managed to arrange and organize the whole thing in such a short span of time. She was exceptionally critical and considerate of my choices and fancies and set up everything accordingly. Her decor was the highlight of my wedding and was talked about and appreciated by the guests.The vibrant colours and props brought my wedding pictures to life. Haven't come across a decor so lively and eye-catching at any other wedding. Grateful to her for putting up such a wonderful show, exactly the way I had imagined, despite the little time.

Our roka was a very last minute call and with practically no time to plan a lot.. we were introduced to Jyotsna (Moment Designers) through a friend and thank God we got her on board.. in one meeting she could understand exactly what we want and had everything taken care off. Kartik and me weren’t around as well in this planning phase and she kept her patience and got every tiny detail worked on and approved in advance to avoid any last minute chaos. Walking in on the day of our roka in that hall with the whole set up in place looked and felt exactly how we would have dreamt it to be.. simple and perfect, just as per our taste and brief.. thank you Moment designs for making the day more beautiful than we had imagined it to be.

The wedding of SWANISH, was well coordinated by Moment Designers. Each event was adequately and aesthetically supported by the decor. The decor gave an ethereal feel to the 2 days of fun and frolic that was the essence of our wedding. Jyotsna and her team were with us in it in throughout in mind ,body and spirit. Her levels of interaction were deep and understanding.

MOMENT DESIGNERS are simply fantastic! We met a lot of wedding planners, but when we met Jyotsna and Karan, we had an instant connection and a gut feeling that Moment Designers were the wedding planners for us. In the first meeting, Jyotsna & Karan left us with tangible things we could go away and start our wedding planning process on a no obligation basis which is something that I didnt see with any other wedding planners. Throughout the wedding planning process, the team was so flexible and easy to work with.The team were the perfect guides which is what we needed, gave their honest opinions when we got carried away and never afraid to suggest innovative ideas. What more could you ask for! Fast forward to the wedding time, and we were absolutely blown away. Nothing was too much to ask for and the entire team was so proactive. My brother (Adhiraj Rana) got his fairytale wedding because of Moment Designers. I highly recommend Moment Designers to future grooms and brides out there. 5 stars are definitely not enough - because this team rocked my brother's wedding! She met with us four to five times just for one evening fuction to ensure that she understood all our expectations. It was just like a close friend planning our day. She made herself available throughout the function to ensure everything executed well which was a great showcase of ownership. People were really wowed with the bollywood theme she planned for us. This team plays an integral role in getting things from a Plan to a Moment in front of all. For me, Jyotsana had been the support in my wedding and from Engagement, till Reception, she was the one managing each and every aspect of a function. From Pre-Planning to Planning and then to Execution, the Energy is always High and the focus to get the things done in easy and cost-effective way is her simple approach. She stood in all my functions and was there to make sure nothing is left untouched and all the points planned are covered. She makes wonderful arrangements and her team is equally aligned with a smile to help and make the event a big success.
